I got a portrait of my dog from Michelle, and her art and the experience were exceptional. The portrait was more than I had hoped for in being accurate to what she looked like, and adding her little pink pig toy really made it special. The shop was a great space, really comfortable and open, and the snacks to keep you going during a longer session was a sweet extra. It was also my first experience with saniderm-bandage healing and it was amazing. I highly recommend!

Absolutely blown away by this entire shop; warm and welcoming atmosphere with the perfect mix of professionalism and comfort. I can’t say enough great things about Kyle Kuhn as an artist; he truly brought a random idea to life better than I could imagine. His attention to detail is unmatched and I WILL be getting many more pieces from him in the future.

Each and every artist in this shop is incredibly talented, and between them all you have your pick of style! Everyone is also very down to earth and I'm always comfortable being there. I absolutely love the two tattoos I've gotten from Kyle and Kenzie, and I will definitely be back for more.

I had such a great experience at Tooth and Nail! I got a memorial tattoo of my dog by Michelle and I absolutely love it! Michelle really took great care with the entire process of my tattoo from designing (then tweaking the design upon my request), size and placement, stencil placement, and of course the actual tattoo. She kept a very clean working area, offered me as many breaks as needed, and really made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire time tattooing. The other artists were very friendly as well, I really felt welcome in the shop. The snack corner is a very thoughtful feature I've never experienced before in a tattoo shop and I appreciated it very much! Will definitely be back in the future, and I would absolutely recommend Tooth and Nail to anyone looking for a great tattoo experience.

I’ve been getting tattooed by Courtney for 8 years now and she never disappoints. I followed her from her previous shop, then again when she expanded Tooth and Nail, and watching her talent and skill grow over the years has been wonderful. She goes above and beyond to create a welcoming environment while also creating stunning art. All of my tattoos by her have aged wonderfully, staying vibrant and detailed, and she’s always known exactly how to bring my ideas and vision to life. We’ll be finishing a sleeve this year that’s nearly a decade in the making and people always stop me to ask who the artist is because the work is truly brilliant. I’ve also been tattooed by Kyle Kuhn and plan to be tattooed by the rest of the resident artists in the future as well. I cannot recommend Courtney and her amazing shop enough. I’ve included photos of some of Courtney’s more recent work on me for reference.
