I loved this shop. Went in for a big tattoo that ended up taking 3 sessions and I enjoyed myself every time I was there. From the vibe, to the music, and the staff everything was top notch and super friendly. The whole process was super easy and my artist, Grant, was very accommodating and understanding the entire process. The quality of their work speaks for itself but I definitely have to give them a shout out about everything else. I will definitely be returning for my next one.

Walked in with some free time and was graciously guided by Alex at the front to Won who gave me a black and grey shaded tattoo that came out wonderfully. The work was so good I decided to get another piece done by Dave in color traditional and I was just as happy with the result! Very clear communication from them, always checked in if I needed anything and were really helpful when they designed the work I had ideas for. Couldn’t recommend enough and I’ll be back soon for more work!

Grant is hands down one of the best artists in NYC. From the very first email to meeting him in person at the studio, he walked me through every step, reassured me, and made sure I knew the final result would be incredible - and - Wooow !, he did deliver. The outcome is absolutely stunning, and I never expected to be so blown away. Even though I came in with my own design, Grant refined it to perfection. This was my first tattoo, and at over 50 years old, it’s not something you see every day 😄. He gave me clear, detailed instructions on how to take care of the masterpiece on my shoulder. Two sessions, several hours in a sterile environment, and a welcoming, chill atmosphere - it was such a great experience. All the artists at the studio were super friendly and professional, treating every client with care, even as a steady flow of people came through Red Baron during my time there. Now, my guitar and microphone are with me all the time - not just when I pick them up. Whether you’re in your 20s, 60s, or older, if you’re thinking about getting some art on your skin, don’t hesitate. Go visit Red Baron Ink, the Number One spot on Manhattan in my opinion. Just got 2 tattoos here. Loved the vibe, the conversation, and most importantly, the art and patience of Eric. Felt very welcome and had a very positive experience. Eric knows what he’s doing, so I would highly recommend him. Adam at the front desk is a wonderful person.

Had a wonderful experience at RBI. Dave was my tattoo artist and he did an amazing job. He was very patient with all my questions and was extremely meticulous with his work. He was also maintained high standards of hygiene and care. The entire experience was very smooth. Would definitely recommend Dave.
