I had an amazing experience with Diana! Her creativity and skill are truly exceptional. I absolutely loved the design she created—it perfectly captured everything I had envisioned and more. Not only is her work stunning, but her professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was patient, listened carefully to my ideas, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I recently had the pleasure of getting a tattoo done by Sophia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to listen to my ideas and ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The level of detail and precision in the work is incredible—every line is clean, and the shading is flawless. Not only is Sophia an exceptional artist, but her professionalism and attention to hygiene were top-notch. The entire process was smooth, and she made sure I was at ease throughout. Should’ve read the reviews about the flash tattoos being a scam. On the square page it says no size or placement restrictions but when we showed up in person they said that it was wrong and they wouldn’t accommodate. Additionally, there are two signs that say they clearly accept all cards or Venmo or Zelle but we were told they needed cash only. Very shady business. If you’re getting a small tattoo go elsewhere.

Call ahead and ask first!!! They definitely need a host/hostess: I come in and the one person willing to muster some customer service (bless her heart) was unsure on the process. There was a code to be scan and a form to be filled but that was it, once this person got busy with a client, people came in and out being ignored, not even a hi. When it’s my turn, I come with my idea but then the prices I was given was $88 instead of the $44 displayed (I paid $71.86 after tax), there were no signs or disclaimers to be seen reflecting price-size range in the hour and 20min I spent there before my turn (I arrived very early because I wasn’t sure what tattoo I wanted). They had a bunch binders and books, which was very helpful but nothing resembling pricing. Then there’s the tattoo artists there… with the exception of the lady mentioned before, were uninterested in the clients, would barely speak, look at you or explain the process and pricing. Only after I express confusion for the pricing I’m shown the paper somebody already posted here about “Price Guide” otherwise hidden from Instagram, and the person that tattooed me didn’t bother to explain that. Although, they did print the design in various sizes and write the corresponding prices, but none of them (not even the one that I ended up getting which was very simple and small in my opinion) were $44. Very bad experience overall but at least I got my tattoo and it looks decent. They bandaged it, but I must mention that my tattoo artist (I think her name was Helen) was unnecessarily forceful with my arm when placing it in that little cushion, and one does not need much strength to put an arm on a resting surface. Like, I understand that we were both pissed at the situation but dude…
