Came across this page again and don’t understand how this business has a 4.6 rating. Came here about 5 years ago to start an arm sleeve. Was suppose to get it done by the owner of the establishment . Day of the appointment upon arriving, the owner tells me that he was unavailable and tells me someone he trusts and does “great” work was available. Trusting his judgement, got it done by his co worker (chakalheavyhands) and upon completion the work came out terribly and looked nothing like the reference photo (on top of that the work had terrible line work, incomplete details, terrible shading) not to mention the tattoo artist seemed drunk/high while doing it. Reached out to the owner and sent photos to him and expressed how bad the work was. Asked for a refund which the owner declined and instead he offered to fix it “himself” (Despite he was suppose to do the tattoo in the first place). Long story short no refund was given and had to find a different tattoo artist to fix the work the best they could. This establishment is unprofessional. The appointment was booked with the owner and not once was it communicated that he happened to be unavailable until arrival. Also upon seeing the work, the owner even agreed that the work wasn’t good and instead of giving the refund he insisted on fixing it and how the tattoo would look “much better” once whole arm was done (like that was going to happen). With so many establishments that provide better work for the same price if not better, save yourself the headache and do your due diligence. There’s plenty of other tattoo shops that have great professionalism unlike this establishment. It’s baffling how this shop has a 4.6 rating!

Friendly environment and the women in the front was super friendly and helpful and the lady who did my tattoo was great and gentle! I got a tattoo and my sister got a piercing and loved how both came out

Half a year ago I went to get my helix pierced, bought silver earrings, and had two piercings. I asked the girl if I could have my earrings, to which she said yes. I got two piercings and put on my earrings, I also bought a piercing treatment product. I paid about $65 including tip and then went home, the next day my ear was swollen, although I treated it with a piercing product. Two days later it became even larger and began to hurt. I went to this salon and told one of the employees about my ear, to which he replied that I was pierced with Helix incorrectly, sat me on a chair, began to put pressure on my ear and squeeze out pus, after which he said that I urgently needed to go to the hospital. The money was not returned to me. Helix was not done properly. In other salons they give you their earrings for free, and they don’t allow you to do helix on your earrings, but for some reason in this salon they didn’t tell me anything. Disappointed and do not recommend 😢

Best tattoo shop in Bensonhurst!!!!! Clean and nice. I made my first tattoo here. NO REGRETS!!!!!!!! Professional, painless, amazing!!!!! Thanks a lot!!! No doubt I'll come back! P.S. Vincent was creator of this masterpiece :)
