I included a picture because I got a tattoo covered! Can you see it? No you can't! Andy is the real deal! I've been looking on and off for a few years to get my tattoo covered. I'd ask friends where they got their ink, and I'd look at portfolio's of parlors near me and I had never felt the urge to pull the trigger.... Until my wife mentioned Andy's Black Lantern Tattoo Co. I took one look at his art on his Facebook page and we went to get in his appointment book! Look at the pic I included! His work speaks for itself! I told him what I wanted, he asked me what I was into, and he came back with a mockup and the rest is history! His music tastes were right in my wheelhouse and he is genuinely a funny guy and fun to hang around with. When it comes down to business, he is an upstanding guy and I will definitely be back to get more ink. I know I clicked on the 5 stars, but I want to spell out that Andy is amazing, as an artist, and as a business owner. I hope what he's doing puts Niantic on the map for more than beaches and quaint New England type... stuff. I don't think 5-stars does Andy's work justice.

Andy Thorp is an amazing tattoo artist. His bright, bold, in your face design and colors are not only eye catching but executed flawlessly. I have never had a tattoo heal better then I did this tattoo. I can not speak enough about Andy Thorp and Black Lantern Tattoo Co. If you ever have the chance, it is worth every penny. I can not thank Andy enough.

Andy is the only man I trust for ink. He is a phenomenon artist and an absolute blast to hang out with, so far Andy has done all but one tattoo for me and that one he is doing a cover-up.

Andy is amazing, not only is his personality enjoyable but he’s very respectable and really listens to you and your needs!! I wish I did all my tattoos with Andy I’m really sad I didn’t find him until now. Definitely someone I would recommend to everyone!!

Andy is my go to guy! If you’re looking for an artist that can do it all- this is your guy! Not only is Andy beyond personable, he is so so so talented! I love the bright colors he uses and the way he applies them! The way my tattoos MOVE with the shadows he put in them, chefs kiss. Andy can make anybody laugh and feel comfortable at all times, he’s also a coverup master which is wild, but so cool. Love his work and the atmosphere he creates!
