This company is unwilling to stand by their products, ordered a peak solice pro tattoo machine in red, when i received the package ( less than a week ago) i noticed that on my invoice it was the only thing initialed dated and a time written in. Why? In my opinion because they couldn’t find one, but with some digging were able to locate it, and it had to be shipped by a certain day. Machine comes on Tuesday, i use it wednesday, thursday i take it out to use it again but it needed to be charged - when i inserted the charging cable the top flipped over and all the battery guys were exposed. I looked at it in stunned silence for about 10 minutes then immediately tried to reach out. They were closed, i sent an email and received an auto reply that a ticket was made and they would look into it ASAP. No- i emailed again, and again, and again, they’re closed weekends ! so here we are monday morning and i get someone on the phone who gives me two options- they can send me a pink battery to replace this red one, (cause it’s out of stock) or i could just GLUE IT and carry on.. no no no. not gonna happen . they know as well as i do if i glue that thing it’s nullified by the peak warranty. I heard great things about this machine, tons of truly great artists are endorsing it,so instead of laying out another 100$ for a bishop, i wanted to try it, plus i think the ability to change stroke is very important, much more important than a big brand name. I told the CSR everything is pristine, i used it once on a practice mat.. NOPE, SORRY, can’t do it. I looked on their own website and tattoo machines are not included in merch unable for return, so what’s the issue Ultimate? i’m going to advise ppl to do business with any other company. In fact the asian markets who have really got a firm grip on tattoo products are very happy to oblige with a return, refund , or work with you on any issue whatsoever. This place is bogus, they don’t stand behind their policies or products.

The Timmy stencil printer arrived broken and customer service forwarded our email to their manufacturer in Germany. They offered to send a new glass roller but gave us no tracking number and said to “trust” that it has been sent. It’s been two weeks and we still have a broken thermofax with no glass roller replacement in sight. All Ultimate Tattoo Supply has offered to mend the situation is a mere 15% coupon. We will not be ordering from here again.

DO NOT order from this place. I bought a red peak solice pro, came about a week later (on march 11) i used it the next day which was a wednesday. on thursday i took it out , needed to charge it, and as soon as i went to put the charging cord in the top flipped right off and the guts spilled out. i sat in unbelievable silence for about 10 minutes trying to decide if what i saw was true, then immediately got on with” customer service “ no answer, wrote them an email, got an auto reply the next day that a ticket was opened and they’d be back to me. Nothing- so i wrote another, i included pics each time. Nothing, ok here it is Monday morning because evidently they’re closed weekends, the CSR, gave me two options, they are out of stock for red, so i they would send me a pink battery, or i could -just glue it- No, i said , those options don’t work, i’ll send this back, ive got every piece of packaging, every insert, box and “machine”- what’s left are brand new! I put it away in a drawer until i heard back from them thinking full well they’d say- of course we’ll replace your brand new only used once 400$ machine. I don’t set the prices on these things so if you’re going to say 400$ isn’t a lot, i would have paid whatever asked because this was the machine i wanted. Could have/should have gotten a bishop but i heard great things about this machine. No- glue it, that’s their final answer. So now i have to deal with Peak directly, god knows how long this machine will be down because a company not willing to stand by the products they represent, only tells me the manufacturer will be just as difficult. i’m not just really angry, but the Tattoo trade in general are such phoney assholes. They make you believe that we’re a FAMILY, and fighting the good fight together. AI will be round to take its place in very short time, so i hope whoever i spoke to on the phone has her resume primed to work for the next bullshit , lying company she can find. Ultimate tattoo supply are hypocritical, just like so many other tattoo supply companies out there now BAD SERVICE, BAD POLICY, and to actually tell someone who just bought a brand new machine to GLUE IT? is repulsive

The BEST!!!! I love how easy is to buy from here, everything ships super faster and they have promos from time to time. They give you some stickers and sometimes you have “goodies” on your packages, like mini gummy burgers! 🤭They have an excellent customer service, if you need anything just send them email or a call!! And you earn points for each order! So if you are a loyal customer that’s perfect!!! I love how they have a very big variety of machines, needles, ink and after care!!!
