I first had the pleasure of meeting Clare when she had worked for another Tattoo company in the Hartford County. I had such a great experience that I told her I would follow her when she had opened up her own business a little under a year later she had opened up True penny tattoo in Manchester Connecticut and have had all my work done by her ever since She is professional, Kind, very knowledgeable, and most importantly extremely talented! The shop is very welcoming and I will continue to support Clare for years to come.

I can't say enough great things about Clare and TruePenny Tattoo. She made this whole process from start to finish extremely simple for me, and I could not be happier with the work. Clare worked with me from start to finish to make sure I was happy with the design, placement, and everything in between. Clare took her time and made sure I was 110% happy with where the tattoo was going to be placed and made sure when I moved my arm the tattoo didn't distort. I was also pretty nervous about getting the tattoo itself, but Clare helped me kept a cool head and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. This made the end result better than I could have ever hoped for. There is no doubt in my mind when I get another tattoo I will be calling Clare.

She has done 3 tattoos for me so far and enhanced 2 of my existing tattoos which now look better than ever!! I cannot wait to go back for more!! She is the BEST!!
