I had an amazing experience with this shop. We unexpectedly had an appointment canceled with another shop and they took my devastated 6 year old in for her first set of earrings. I couldn’t be more pleased with how it went start to finish, and I have an extremely happy 6 year old. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was very impressed with how Pat, our piercer, treated my daughter like a person who deserves a say in her own choices and body when it comes to a semi-permanent alteration. He valued informed consent and her well-being came first, while still including me as the parent with the important decisions. Every step was explained in detail. He showed empathy, patience and was honest about the expectations. Plus the shop was super cool and filled with fun collectibles that were entertaining for her to look at while waiting for her earrings to sterilize. I highly recommend Pat for anyone looking to bring their child for any type of piercing. Thank you Pat for a pleasant experience.

I came in to get my helix redone and a daith piercing. Saying I was nervous was an understatement!!! Pat was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. He explained every single thing he would do before he even began including showing me the different instruments he would be using for each of the piercings. I am extremely happy with the service I received at this shop and will definitely be going back!!!! I highly recommend this place!!! Thanks pat !!!

(They do good work as you can see by their sketch books, but I will never be back; My story explains why to follow). Had to deal with the cops with this location, even better it is my 24th birthday and that is the only reason we (my fiance and I) went and scheduled appointments for us to get tattoos. I had to call for the address since Google brings up the wrong address since they moved which is 10 minutes from the other location, was told after going there trying to book an appointment that the deposit can only be cash and there is an ATM down the road, when giving the deposit was never told it was non-refundable and what it is considered for (which according to the cops that spoke to them was for the artist creating the artwork as they have to stencil it before you can get it, which they created the stencil within 20 minutes of me rushing to choose something after transferring the reservation to me instead of who it was initially booked for and completely different design was already sketched out for), When giving the deposit they should have told us to bring a photo ID (even if they know you or you have a photo of the license has they could not work off a photo apparently). The only ID my fiance has is an expired NJ license and a NJ state ID card which he never carries as he never needs it, which they said they don't know if they could even accept them even if we went home to get it they said. They said the ID was to prove the age and who you are, but you tell that from the front. They made excuses that they couldn't see the full name, showed another photo where you could and they said they needed to see the back (which has no information besides a bar code that doesn't even get scanned and even the cop didn't understand why they needed the information on the back). Was told by one employee since they needed front and back and we did not have that we would get a refund, then told we weren't getting a refund due to not having an ID but could go back home an hour and a half then back there then they would give a refund. Or that they would make an exception to transfer it to me as it was initially an appointment for my fiance. So then I was forced to get a tattoo I didn't even want, or waste the $60 deposit along with the gas an hour and a half there and back twice. To add why the cops were called, my fiance was told by the manager "You better apologize to the employees before I drag you out by your hair" when he calmly asked for the refund the previous employee said he could get since he was not allowed the tattoo (He has 7 other tattoos also from other professional shops, so it's clear he was able to get tattoos and there was just issues due to not having his ID physically on him as he never needed it anywhere else and does not drive so did not have a drivers license. The shop said all the other shops must not do their job and should be shut down for not checking ID's, when they have accepted the photo with no issues.) Also, they Overbook by not communicating sometimes. Was told I'd have my tattoo after my fiances otherwise would have to schedule for another day where we could pay the deposit then for the next day, and instead they booked a person for 6pm where that person wanted to keep their appointment so they offered to do it at an even cheaper cost due to the inconvenience (probably to not have me tell my story). To respond to the response, none of this is lies, he got frustrated after the initial person said he would get a refund just had to get the manager, then the next person said no, it is non-refundable and there was nothing they would do. All this could and would have been avoided if he got his refund he was initially told he would. And this review will stay up as this is my story of how they ruined my 24th birthday by making excuse after excuse of why my fiance was not told he needed an ID to get tattood, tattoos I had to waste the $60 and gas on top of that, or quickly choose a design. No hate to the artists though, Kevin did mine and they seem to do good work.

I 100% recommend this place. I came here for piercings. I’ve got my eyebrow, ears, and stud on my nose all done by Bruce. He’s so nice and professional. Best shop I’ve been to. I won’t go anywhere else but here from now on. We even talk to a girl on the tattoo side and she was also really nice.

Pat was AMAZING when it came to getting my piercing done. Explained the whole process, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Super sweet, and an all around calm experience being hole punched. Will definitely be going back for anything else I choose to get 🖤
