Treasure Hut Introduce

For local users exploring "Tattoo Shops Near Me" with an interest in temporary body art, Treasure Hut, located at 301-401 9th St, Beach Haven, NJ 08008, USA, offers henna services. Based on the available customer reviews, the experience at Treasure Hut appears to be somewhat polarizing, with one customer expressing satisfaction and another voicing significant disappointment regarding the nature of the henna application.

Information regarding the environment of Treasure Hut as a body art service provider is limited in the provided reviews. One positive review mentions that the staff happily accommodated them even though they were preparing to close, suggesting a degree of customer service orientation. However, the reviews do not offer specific details about the shop's decor, cleanliness, or overall ambiance.

The primary service highlighted in the reviews for Treasure Hut is the application of what is described as "hena." However, there is a significant discrepancy in the customers' understanding and experience of this service. One satisfied customer mentioned getting "hena done for two kids" and, despite initial worries about the lightness of the tattoos after washing, reported that they looked "great" after 12 hours. This suggests a process involving a temporary dye that develops over time, consistent with some forms of temporary henna application. The reviewer also provided specific instructions for successful application: wash it off outside after two hours and wait for 12 hours for the dye to take. This implies that Treasure Hut provides guidance on how to care for the temporary henna to achieve the desired result.

In stark contrast, a highly negative review claims, "They don't even use real henna. They just use temporary henna tattoos." This customer expressed feeling misled and believed they overpaid significantly for a service they perceived as equivalent to inexpensive temporary tattoos available at a toy store. They stated, "it was 50 dollars for something I could have bought for 3.50 and get 12 henna tattoos at the toy store. waste of money." This review raises serious questions about the type of "hena" being offered and whether it aligns with customer expectations of traditional henna application.

Based on these conflicting accounts, the services offered at Treasure Hut appear to be temporary henna applications. However, the exact nature of this service is unclear. It could involve a specific type of temporary henna dye that requires a development period, as suggested by the positive review, or it might indeed be akin to applying pre-made temporary tattoo transfers, as alleged by the negative review. The significant price difference perceived by the dissatisfied customer is a crucial point to consider.

The features of Treasure Hut, based on the limited information, include the provision of temporary henna body art. A potential feature highlighted by the positive review is the guidance provided on how to ensure the "tattoos be successful," indicating some level of aftercare instructions. The willingness of the staff to accommodate customers near closing time could also be considered a feature of their service approach. However, the core feature – the type of temporary henna application – is a point of contention based on the conflicting reviews.

Promotional information for Treasure Hut is not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews. It is possible that they may offer specific designs or sizes of temporary henna applications at set prices. The pricing seems to be a point of concern for at least one customer, who felt it was excessively high for the perceived value of the service. Potential customers may want to inquire about pricing and the exact nature of the henna application process before committing to the service.

In conclusion, Treasure Hut in Beach Haven, NJ, offers temporary body art services described as "hena." However, customer experiences and perceptions of this service vary significantly. One customer reported a satisfactory outcome with a temporary henna application that developed over 12 hours, provided they followed specific instructions. In contrast, another customer felt they were misled and overcharged for what they believed to be simple temporary tattoos, not genuine henna. This discrepancy highlights a potential lack of clarity regarding the type of temporary body art being offered. Local users considering Treasure Hut for "Tattoo Shops Near Me" offering henna should exercise caution and seek clear information about the application process, the type of materials used, and the pricing to ensure it aligns with their expectations and understanding of henna body art. The conflicting reviews suggest that the experience may not be consistent, and it would be prudent to inquire thoroughly before engaging their services.

I wanted to counter balance some of these negative reviews. We got hena done for two kids last night and were initially worried when we washed it off as the tattoo was light. After 12 hours they look great and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Maybe the negative reviews did not follow the instructions for having the tattoos be successful. After two hours wash it off outside and wait for 12 hours for the dye to take. Great job and they took us happily even though they were getting ready to close.

This place is awful. They don't even use real henna. They just use temporary henna tattoos. We were ignorant to their process and it was 50 dollars for something I could have bought for 3.50 and get 12 henna tattoos at the toy store. waste of money

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! I brought a friend to this place and spent $10 on a henna that turned out to literally be a peeling tattoo. Attached is what it looks like. This is a day after getting it “done”

This is not real henna. I paid $10 for a henna and literally got one of the peeling tattoos that you apply with a wet paper towel. The day after, it’s already fading away.
