I stoped in to get a new gem for my lip piercing. Everyone in the shop was busy at the moment but we still were greated right away and helped right away. The gentleman who helped me picked out the jewelry was extremely kind and helpful. The gentleman behind the counter was also extremely kind. The vibe of the place was really great. The shop was extremely clean and they had me fill out paper work even for a piercing change…. That’s a giant GREEEEN FLAGG!!!!! That’s showing they really care about their clients….. The workers there all seemed like they wanted you to be comfortable and welcomed. No one was mean and treated me like a silly girl. If you have ever felted unwelcomed at a tattoo shop you’ll know what I mean …… If we lived closer I would be coming here more often for things. 1000000/10

I am unsure what the bad reviews are for the piecer unless it is a new guy now. He was professional and courteous. Made my septum piercing process painless and easy. He just helped me again today with the loss of my bead. Will return.

Julissa was amazing! Went in for a brow tint/lamination service and I’m so glad I did! She really took her time in making sure she provided the best results. I felt so comfortable and confident placing my trust into her, you really feel her warmth and love for her craft. I’ll definitely be rebooking and recommending her to anyone looking for a brow/permanent makeup artist .

Julissa Miranda did a very excellent job on doing my eyebrows she is very precise with her work and I couldn’t be any happier I was their till after closing and she didn’t rush until everything was perfected , with that being said they walked me to the car making sure I got their safe!

Absolutely amazing shop. Went here to get my belly pierced. Very clean shop, very gentle piercer. They talked me through the whole process, and made sure I was comfortable. Did not shy away from my million questions. Just today I called to ask about long term care and body safe jewlery metals to change my piercing out with. The man on the phone offered me three different websites to choose from if I did not want to buy jewlery from the shop itself. Totally worth the price.
