I got two new snake bites done on my lip by John (who was super sweet and did them nicely) and a few days later accidentally snagged my tooth on one of them. No big harm but definitely some blood. I freaked out just a bit and called, to which they were so chill and welcoming and told me to just come in. Dani was super helpful in helping me and telling me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. She totally reminds me of my mom :) This place is great and so are the people, I couldn’t appreciate the reassurance more. If you want to get a tattoo or piercing this is def the place to go. Thanks again Dani :) ♥️

This place is wonderful! Steve is a talented artist and such a nice guy! He is meticulous with his work and makes sure you are comfortable at every step of the tattoo process. You can tell he really cares about making you happy with your experience there. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Steve is the ultimate professional!! His expertise patience and amazing talent is outstanding! He has also tattooed my daughter and son and we all couldn’t be happier with the final piece of art! Anyone who uses him will not be disappointed

Everyone is super professional and they make you feel so welcomed. I went here for a second opinion on a botched tongue piercing I got at a DIFFERENT shop. They gave fantastic advice to have me heal from the bad piercing and I went back to have them pierce me correctly. Truly a great shop with experienced workers. I will only get piercings done by them from now on.

This used to be my go-to piercing studio, but I am saddened to say that after this experience I will never be going back. I’ve been to many different studios and different piercers and I’ve never had an encounter this bad. I’ve been to this shop for 3 different piercings, all by different piercers, and 2 of which were done well. My industrial and navel piercings were well done and healed great. However my most recent experience was awful. I had my vertical labret pierced by a man I had never met (I can’t recall his name but he had a French accent). I was visibly nervous because I was interacting with a stranger alone, it was my 12th piercing so it’s not something I’m new at. He was laughing at me before and while piercing me. He also kept laughing at me when I was lightheaded afterward. I had called ahead of time to request internally threaded jewelry and they ordered it for me, but it was a different person than I had spoken to on the phone. I asked before he pierced me if he had the internally threaded jewelry and he smiled and held it up without verbally responding. It ended up being externally threaded, I’m not sure if he even knew what internally threaded meant. He didn’t clean my lip before marking or piercing, pierced it off center, and used 14g jewelry. It was way too big, and the weight of it caused problems with the healing as I have smaller lips that could not support that weight.Yes, the bar needs to be longer to compensate for swelling but there was no reason for it to be so big. He claimed it was to prevent embedding but another professional explained to me that it is more likely to embed if it’s too heavy. I had it changed to 16g a week later at the same studio, and the woman that did that for me was very polite and professional. But when I came in to have it changed, I originally spoke to the same man that pierced it. This time I was uncomfortable solely because I didn’t want to interact with him, and *again* he was laughing at me for being uncomfortable. It was just extremely rude. I was so relieved that he was busy and that someone else ended up changing it for me. I went to another piercer at a different shop recently to check on it and make sure it wasn’t infected and he told me that the type of piercing I got should never be pierced with jewelry that big, especially with smaller lips like mine, and he was shocked by the fact that the original piercer didn’t know that. Overall, I used to love this shop and have been there many times with good experiences, the other employees have been great. I can’t speak for his other clients, but I wouldn’t risk going back to him. With all the red flags I’m shocked that this man even has a license.
