The owner is very rude, I have said that I didn’t like the lettering because it was very thin, the tattoo artist had to call the owner to ask if it was possible to use a thicker needle and the owner rudely came to say that I had to pay extra if I wanted the lettering thicker, otherwise the attitude was very rude from the beginning. Additionally, they are very unprofessional, they only care that you pay, they do not print different sizes and show recommendations, I don’t recommend it 👎

I came to get my surface piercing n my belly I absolutely love the piercer he was sweet n complementing. Def coming back for my industrial :)

Owner is very rude threatened 🔫violence because I was unhappy with my tattoo. I should have took a hint when the owner was letting the tattoo artist talk about the customer they were tattooing before me. They have more than one location they one down they block from here is where the owner liked to cut up and talk bad about the black community he is servicing and he said made a million dollars to by his whip with for his family and the black people that come to his shop are low life’s. Mind you this is a black man… don’t shoot the messenger. I had to get my tattoo covered up I have to live with a tattoo that looks like a 5 year old drew it after the artist did not fix the stencil where it smudged. The area is huge…biggest mistake. Do not come here

I called and a gentleman answered the phone who was very polite. I told him I wanted to bring my daughter in for a nose piercing and he said I can come right away. When we entered, we were not greeted. Instead, there was a Hispanic lady sitting with a toddler staring at my 16 year old daughter like if there was an issue. She stared at her from when we entered and turned around to stare at her when we walked pass. She seemed to work there as she was belting out orders to the staff. I was told I couldn’t go in the room with my daughter as she got pierced although technically she is a minor. The piercer was nice but she didn’t wipe the area prior to piercing. She didn’t make a marking and ask my daughter if she liked the location. I guess they don’t want anyone in the room because they are used to doing non sense. She was quick which was nice but she also didn’t give any advice for aftercare at all. Professionalism and bedside manners clearly do not matter at this shop. They also charge $25 to use the hun and $50 for a nose piercing with a needle. I had to tell her to use the needle as she didn’t give an option. She went straight for the gun. I will not return or refer anyone.
