I got 2 tattoos there, was a very good experience speedy and the other tattoo artist( didn't catch his name) made me feel very comfortable and not nervous, tattoos didn't hurt that much and came out very well

i called about a replacement ball for my piercing. i came in at the same time as a group of 3, they went ahead of me. the piercing guy told me to wait 5 minutes (FIVE MINUTES) and i figured “ok great, he’ll get them set up and then help me. he then proceeded to pierce all 3 people and ignored me at the front desk after he saw me waiting i got no update, waited for 40 minutes and then he CONFRONTED me about my bad review, made me cry, and refused to help me until i changed the review. i changed it briefly so he would help me but the more i thought about it, i don’t feel comfortable leaving a fake good review so this is how i really feel, i will not be coming back here. response to the owner: you were not there, your piercer is full of it. he absolutely refused to service me until i removed my negative review because “the owner had called him and he was going to get in trouble”. don’t gaslight your clients. you’re not a good business owner if you’re out her complaining and lying on negative reviews.

kadeen has been my artist for about a year now. Everytime i go to him, hes so detailed, very sweet and gentle. def recommend him. 10/10

Kadeen took me as a walk in for a very simple writing piece from a friend (seen on pink post it, my friend’s handwriting). Though a quick piece Kadeen was so patient, thoughtful, & kind with making sure it was exactly how I wanted it. As well very sterile in procedure. I really appreciated it and I love the tattoo so much! Thank you thank you!! The shop is super clean and the piercer initially helped me when I walked in and was very friendly and helpful. If you’re considering going here I definitely recommend stopping by.

Told the guy on the phone I was looking for a 14g 16mm seamless hinge ring he said he had it. He was very insistent upon asking for which anatomical location. I told him it didn't matter where since I gave him the exact dimensions and wasn't looking to get a piercing done. He still wouldn't drop it. I finally told him and suddenly he didn't have it. Magical. The most he would've had to do was hand over the jewelry and take my money. They don't know what they're doing
