Str8 Klownin Ink Introduce

For local users searching for "Tattoo Shops Near Me" in Milwaukee, Str8 Klownin Ink, located at 7724 W Burleigh St, Milwaukee, WI 53222, USA, is a body art service provider that warrants careful consideration based on recent customer feedback. They can be contacted at phone number (414) 915-0249 or mobile +1 414-915-0249. It is important to note that the reviews for Str8 Klownin Ink present a stark contrast in customer experiences, highlighting the importance of understanding these perspectives before making a decision.

One detailed review strongly advises against getting tattooed by an artist named Rich Rodriguez at Str8 Klownin Ink. This account describes a deeply negative experience where a client received a vase tattoo exhibiting severe ink drift, resulting in a bruised appearance. Subsequently, a cover-up tattoo performed by the same artist allegedly presented issues even before the client left the studio, appearing blotchy and blackened beneath the skin. The client reported that Rich assured them the discoloration would fade, which purportedly did not occur. Furthermore, the review criticizes the linework as sloppy and the shading as patchy and inconsistent.

According to this reviewer, when the client voiced their concerns about the quality of the tattoo, Rich Rodriguez allegedly attributed the problems to the client's body, specifically suggesting their skin was "too thin" due to weight fluctuations. The reviewer of this experience vehemently refutes this explanation, asserting that "every body is tattooable and no body is wrong," and mentions that the client has since received successful tattoos from other artists, including the reviewer themselves, on the same area of the body. This suggests that the issues experienced were likely due to the skill of the tattoo artist rather than the client's physiology.

The negative review further details what was perceived as highly unprofessional behavior from Rich Rodriguez throughout their interactions. This included "bizarre comparisons to surgeons" in messages and accusations of the client threatening him, despite the client reportedly remaining calm while seeking a resolution. The artist allegedly initially promised a refund but only provided two partial payments and repeatedly failed to fulfill the full refund. The reviewer expresses significant concern over the artist's apparent lack of accountability, referencing a public comment where Rich Rodriguez allegedly dismissed the situation by stating he would "suffer for a day or two" but was not worried. The reviewer emphasizes the importance of trust, care, and integrity in the tattooing profession and concludes by strongly recommending against seeking services from Rich Rodriguez due to the reported lack of professionalism, respect, and quality of work.

In stark contrast to the negative experience described above, another review offers a highly positive perspective on Str8 Klownin Ink. This reviewer proclaims it the "Best place to get a new tattoo!" and specifically recommends an artist named Trell. They praise the "top quality, unique artwork" provided by Trell and describe him as "reasonable with the pricing." This customer explicitly states their satisfaction, asserting, "You won't be disappointed, I definitely wasn't." This positive feedback suggests that there may be varying levels of experience and artistic styles available at Str8 Klownin Ink, potentially dependent on the specific artist chosen.

Considering these contrasting reviews, it is crucial for potential clients to be aware of both perspectives when evaluating Str8 Klownin Ink for their tattoo needs. The information available does not provide details about the overall environment of the studio itself, but the focus of the reviews is primarily on the individual artists and the quality of their work and professionalism.

Environment: Information regarding the studio's physical environment (cleanliness, atmosphere, etc.) is not provided in the available reviews. Therefore, an objective description of the environment cannot be made based solely on this data.

Services: Str8 Klownin Ink offers tattoo services. Based on the reviews, it appears that multiple artists work at this location, and the quality of service and artistic skill may vary between them. One artist, Rich Rodriguez, is associated with negative feedback regarding tattoo quality, professionalism, and customer service. Another artist, Trell, is praised for providing "top quality, unique artwork" and reasonable pricing.

Features: A notable feature of Str8 Klownin Ink is the presence of different artists with potentially varying skill sets and professional conduct. The negative review highlights issues such as ink drift, blotchy healing, sloppy linework, inconsistent shading, unprofessional communication, and a lack of accountability. Conversely, the positive review emphasizes top-quality and unique artwork, as well as reasonable pricing, attributed to the artist Trell.

Promotional Information: The positive review recommending Trell can be considered promotional, highlighting his artistic abilities and pricing. However, the strong negative review serves as a significant cautionary note for potential clients considering services from Rich Rodriguez. There is no general promotional information available for the studio as a whole in these reviews.

For local users searching for "Tattoo Shops Near Me" and considering Str8 Klownin Ink, it is essential to recognize the mixed feedback. While one artist, Trell, receives high praise for quality and unique artwork, another, Rich Rodriguez, is the subject of serious concerns regarding tattoo quality and unprofessional conduct. Potential clients should consider these contrasting experiences and potentially inquire about the specific artists available and their portfolios before making an appointment at Str8 Klownin Ink. It may be prudent to seek further information or references regarding specific artists within the studio to ensure a satisfactory and professional tattooing experience.

I strongly advise against getting tattooed by Rich Rodriguez. One of my clients recently shared their experience with him, and it was deeply upsetting. They initially went to Rich for a vase tattoo, but it had severe ink drift that made it look like a bruise. When they returned for a cover-up, the new tattoo was already blotchy and blackened beneath the skin before they even left the studio. Rich assured them it would fade (it didn’t). The linework was sloppy, and the shading was patchy and inconsistent. When my client voiced their concerns, Rich blamed their body, claiming their skin was “too thin” due to weight fluctuations. This is completely unacceptable. Every body is tattooable and no body is wrong. My client has since gotten tattoos from other artists (including myself) on the same area with no issues, proving this had nothing to do with their body and everything to do with his lack of skill. Throughout their interactions, Rich was incredibly unprofessional. In their messages, he made bizarre comparisons to surgeons and accused my client of threatening him, even though they remained calm and simply wanted to resolve the issue. He initially promised a refund but only sent two partial payments, repeatedly failing to follow through. What’s most infuriating is his complete lack of accountability. In a public comment, he brushed off the entire situation, saying he’ll “suffer for a day or two” but isn’t worried about it. This blatant dismissal of his responsibility is appalling, especially in a profession where trust, care, and integrity are essential. If you value professionalism, respect, and quality work, avoid Rich Rodriguez. No client deserves to be treated this way.

Best place to get a new tattoo! If you're looking for top quality, unique artwork look no further. Trell (the artist) will definitely hook you up and is reasonable with the pricing. You won't be disappointed, I definitely wasn't.

One thing I’ve (unfortunately) learned the hard way: Cheap tattoos are cheap for a reason. I went to an artist who posts on this page daily, looking for customers. I initially got this vase tattoo in December. The tattoo had significant ink drift that looked like a bruise. The artist covered the ink drift with a band a little over a month later, in January. While I was at the studio, the band tattoo was already noticeably black under my skin around the tattoo. The artist told me the blackness would go away. I paid for both sessions. You can also see that the linework in the band is poor, and the black area inside the vase is not very saturated. The artist blamed my skin, claiming that because I’ve experienced weight fluctuations, my skin is thin and hard to tattoo. However, I’ve recently gotten tattoos from other artists on the same spot on my other arm, and they turned out beautifully. This had nothing to do with my weight or my skin. The artist has been incredibly unprofessional in our messenger interactions. He’s made bizarre statements about surgeons killing patients and insinuated that I was threatening him—despite my reassurance that I only wanted to resolve the issue professionally. He offered me a refund and has sent two partial payments of the total amount, assuring me I’d receive the rest at some point but refusing to give a timeframe. When he finally did provide a timeframe, he failed to follow through. Tonight, he messaged me saying he doesn’t owe me anything and that other artists agree I’m being irrational about the situation. This artist has promised a refund and then rescinded it, blamed my body for his lack of skill, and been unprofessional in our messages. This isn’t the first time I’ve needed touch-ups or corrections on a tattoo, but it is the first time I’ve encountered such an unskilled, unprofessional artist. I’m embarrassed that I trusted this guy twice. Now, I have a bad tattoo and don’t feel comfortable wearing short sleeves. My advice to customers: Be cautious of cheap tattoos because laser removal isn’t cheap. My advice for thick women: Don’t go to Rich Rodriguez.

My first time being there was a great experience. He made me feel very comfortable and kept checking on me and showing me the progress he was making. Even though I was shaking uncontrollably, he still manage to complete it and with a great outcome. I hadn't got a tattoo in over 8 years, so he made the pain bearable to say the least. It was well worth it
