Stheno Tattoo Introduce

For those in Tempe, Arizona, and the surrounding areas seeking tattoo services, Stheno Tattoo, located at 3163 S McClintock Dr Suite 29, Tempe, AZ 85282, USA, presents itself as a potential option. When exploring "Tattoo Shops Near Me," it's crucial to consider various aspects of a studio, including the quality of the artwork, the client experience, and the overall professionalism. The available customer reviews for Stheno Tattoo offer insights into both the tattoo services provided by an artist named Kim and some concerns regarding other business aspects.

One highly positive review focuses on the tattooing experience with Kim. This client had received three tattoos from Kim, two of which were described as "big" and located on their thighs. They lauded Kim's work as "amazing," highlighting her attention to detail in printing out different sizes of the design to ensure the best fit for the client's body. Furthermore, the reviewer appreciated Kim's communicative approach, noting that she "is always keeping me in the loop on the process and asks for my opinions on color ideas." This collaborative approach, where the artist values client input, can lead to a more satisfying outcome. Kim is also praised for her consideration of the client's comfort, "always making sure I’m not in too much pain" and going "out of her way to make you comfortable" by playing the client's music. Additionally, Kim is described as accommodating with scheduling, even allowing for last-minute reschedules. The reviewer concludes with a strong recommendation to "Go see Kim for tattoos," emphasizing the positive tattooing experience.

However, the reviews also raise significant concerns regarding other business practices at Stheno Tattoo, specifically related to the sale of 3D printed items. One customer recounts a negative experience where they paid in advance for a 3D printed item sold in the studio but never received it. Despite the artist sending a photo of the finished product, the customer alleges that they were never given the item and experienced "horrible business and very off putting" behavior. They claim to have reached out multiple times to either receive the item or a refund but were met with excuses or were "completely ghosted." Based on this experience, this reviewer explicitly states, "I don't recommend buying anything from her..."

This negative experience is further elaborated upon in a direct response from the customer to "Hey Stheno." This detailed account confirms the advance payment for a custom 3D printed item that required printing time. The customer acknowledges receiving pictures of the finished item and their subsequent attempts to arrange collection. However, they claim that within this timeframe, Stheno publicly advertised selling items, including the custom piece they had already paid for, at a Tattoo Invitational Expo. The customer also addresses two other items they had expressed interest in, clarifying that one was already displayed in the shop and the other, a "poison dragon," was never shown as a finished product. The core issue for this customer is the principle of the matter – having paid for an item and not receiving it while seeing it advertised for sale elsewhere. They state they no longer want a refund or the items, emphasizing the problematic business conduct. They also suggest that selling the already paid-for item would result in extra profit for the seller, further highlighting their dissatisfaction with the situation. This detailed account paints a concerning picture of unfulfilled orders and poor communication regarding non-tattoo related sales.

Based on these reviews, the environment at Stheno Tattoo is not explicitly described in terms of aesthetics or cleanliness. However, the positive tattoo review suggests a comfortable setting where the artist prioritizes the client's well-being. The negative reviews regarding 3D printed items do not comment on the physical environment of the studio but rather on the business practices related to product sales.

The services offered at Stheno Tattoo primarily include tattooing, with artist Kim receiving high praise for her work, particularly on larger pieces. Her approach involves client collaboration on design and color, attention to comfort, and flexibility with scheduling. Additionally, the studio appears to sell 3D printed items, although the customer experiences with these sales have been negative, citing issues with unfulfilled orders and poor communication.

Key features of Stheno Tattoo, based on the positive review, include the talented artist Kim, her collaborative approach to tattoo design, her focus on client comfort, and her accommodating nature regarding scheduling. However, a significant negative feature highlighted by other reviews is the problematic business practices related to the sale of 3D printed items, including unfulfilled orders and poor communication.

Currently, there is no information provided regarding any promotional offers or discounts for tattoo services at Stheno Tattoo. Potential clients interested in tattoos should inquire directly about pricing and availability when contacting the studio. The negative experiences with the 3D printed items serve as a cautionary note for anyone considering purchasing non-tattoo related goods from Stheno Tattoo.

In conclusion, Stheno Tattoo in Tempe offers potentially excellent tattoo services with artist Kim, who is praised for her skill, client-focused approach, and accommodating nature. However, potential clients should be aware of the serious concerns raised in other customer reviews regarding unfulfilled orders and poor communication related to the sale of 3D printed items. It is advisable to focus on the tattoo services offered by Kim, based on the positive feedback, but to exercise caution if considering purchasing any additional merchandise from this establishment. For those interested in tattoos by Kim, contacting Stheno Tattoo at (480) 652-9049 or +1 480-652-9049 to discuss their tattoo ideas and schedule an appointment would be the next step. I’ve had three of my tattoos done my Kim, two of the them big and on my thighs. She does amazing work!! She printed out different sizes to see which one would fit my thighs better. She is always keeping me in the loop on the process and asks for my opinions on color ideas. She’s always making sure I’m not in too much pain. She goes out of her way to make you comfortable. She’ll play your music and if you need to reschedule last minute, she’ll accommodate you. Go see Kim for tattoos.

I paid for one of her 3D printed items for sale in the studio, and i paid for it in advance. That was a mistake... And she sent me a photo of the finished product but never gave it to me... That's horrible business and very off putting... I reached out to her several times attempting to get the item or money back and she kept making up excuses as to why she couldn't meet me. That or she would completely ghost me... I don't recommend buying anything from her... Hey Stheno, Yes i did give you money for one custom item, which you needed time to print. But once you finished the item you sent me pictures of it and I was excited and kept trying to reach you to receive the item. However, with in the time frame of me trying to receive my item you posted publicly that you would be selling items at the Tattoo Invitational Expo in February, and one of those items was the custom item I paid for and was expecting to receive... and as for "purchasing" 2 other items with no money down... the oogie boogie was already displayed in your shop, so it's not like you had to make one for me. And the poison dragon that I was going to gift to my wife. You never showed me any pictures of finished product.. and like I've previously stated several times I was willing to meet up with you and pay for the items you just never responded... I don't owe you anything. And I don't want a refund nor do I want the item(s) anymore... it's the principal of the matter. And you and I both know that you're going to sell those items anyways and get your money.. so you'd be making extra profit from it. So why would I pay the "remaining balance" for 2 other items when I haven't received the first one... or confirmation that the poison dragon was even printed... it took this review to finally get a response from you...and it still took a week before you responded..if anything that proves my point.
