The owner was extremely nice. I believe the owner did my ears . He squeezed me in before his next client. I wanted my ears done before a wedding coming up. He took his time and I even got two more holes in my ear. I followed his advice on "after care ", bought a bottle and came back for another bottle. He was cheaper then actually buying online . He was extremely nice , friendly. The place was extremely neat and clean. Now I'm ready to get another tattoo, wish they were open now , I lost both my dog at 20 years old and my cat at 23 years old. It's always a quick decision for me to come in. I will be polite and try and make an appointment instead of walking in. I'll call like I did last time. They're extremely nice, I believe I used the owner. I will remember his face. He will probably remember me , lol, I hope not..Just kidding. I would give this place more then 5 stars , never had a problem, followed his after care instructions and bought the after care bottle. Some people have different reactions and you can't blame them. It happens I guess to people whose body could reject it or not take care of it and he told me that as well. So I don't think anyone should complain 🤔. I would show you a picture but I didn't shave that day , lol. Looking forward to getting my new tattoo. While I was there I saw other workers doing tattoo work and it looked amazing. I don't always give reviews, because then I might have to wait , lol. But this place is the best. And I have been to other places and they were OK. But this place was just extremely nice, helpful, and patient, and very neat . I hope the sane guy is there from 2 years ago . I had it done 2 days before St. Patrick's day. 😀

I have only used Rob for tattoos twice, and both times he's done an amazing job and he is meticulous even to the tiniest detail. Very clean place...no head banging music, which I appreciate...an all around amazing experience!

Was just there to get two piercings taken out for medical procedures. Everyone was super nice and chill. Place looked clean. I am def going to keep them in mind for the future.

Very friendly staff and had a good experience while I was there. However, my sister and I got ear piercings here and both of them got infected and we had to take them all out. I cleaned them and took care of them, but they kept developing painful sores and swelling I still have a cyst behind my ear. For my sister her piercing we painful and her ear rejected the earring. Sad because it is a great place, but maybe it was just an outliner experience.The piercings were also very expensive, but I would not mind if it I did developed complications.
