Booking an appointment was quick. On the day of my visit, I felt completely welcomed and safe. The studio was exceptionally clean and sanitary, which made me feel even more at ease. The piercing process was fast, and they ensured I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend them!

Larissa and Nason (+ Madison and the whole team) have always been pleasant and thorough. I booked a large party for piercings and Larissa made every step easy, and comforting. All 6 of us had a ton of fun and felt 100% safe and welcomed. All of our piercings are healing well and we love our jewelry! I cannot recommend Serenity enough for piercings and a tattoo experience. ☺️

I had a fantastic experience. I got my first piercing with them and I’d go back in a heartbeat. The staff is experienced, welcoming, and fun to be around. Not to mention they had Napoleon Dynamite playing in the waiting room…. How can you not recommend this place!

This shop was so amazing with a huge group of us! They made our experience so much fun and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone in the shop was so friendly and knowledgeable. The extra time and patience Larissa gave to each of us made it such a memorable experience. If you are in need of a special spot check them out!!!

My smiley piercing came out, and I found this place just 15 minutes before closing. If I hadn’t bought the piercing, the hole would have closed up. I got there, and the staff was very friendly. I really liked it. The quality of the piercing was great. However, in my opinion, the price was a bit too high. In other places where I’ve bought piercings, it costs $15, but here it was $30. Still, I was satisfied overall.
