I got a nose piercing from Ariana!! She was really nice. She explained how everything was going to go before she did the piercing. She was really nice and helpful and did a really good job!!

I got a couple piercings today with Brittany (sorry if I spelled that wrong!). She was absolutely amazing. Made me feel comfortable and welcome immediately. Everything was very sterile and mostly painless ;) thank you for being so personable and helping me out with getting that “other” piercing out! Totally didn’t have to do that, but I was so appreciative! Would definitely recommend coming here. Pricing is fair, the attention to detail is spot on, and the culture is super welcoming and inviting! 1000/10 stars ⭐️

Adam is very unprofessional and rude. Do not go here. Do not book appointments here. If you have an emergency before your appointment, they will not be understanding. 4HRS before my 2 PIERCINGS appointments (Keep it mind its piercings, not tattoos. The cancellation policy literally says: “Due to the excessive loss of revenue, and wasted design time caused by customers canceling their appointments last minute, all deposits are final. You must reschedule 3 days before the beginning of your appointment to not forfeit your deposit. This ensures that our artists are able to fill the time slots with other clients with ample time.” I booked PIERCING appointments, so there was no “wasted design time” or deposit to begin with. Yes I understand it says 3 days, but I cannot predict an emergency is going to happen in 3 days.) My dad told me he could not make it to the appointment to sign because he is with my mom at the hospital. I’m underage, what else can I do? Either text them and cancel- or straight up don’t show. I did what I thought was best, and texted to cancel and potentially reschedule. Adam texted me back, saying I can’t reschedule and that it’s two “no show” appointments. I texted back, with a simple “Cancel”, knowing rescheduling was now out of the question. and he responded with “Your appointments are in 4 hrs we have a 24hr minimum for canceling” That is NOWHERE on the website of Sacred Hearts, all I see is “For questions about piercings call and text Adam” so that’s what I did. God forbid humans have other things that happen in life than a piercing. Anyways, I responded with “Okay. Are you guys gonna pierce me without a legal guardian there? Because if yes, I’ll be there. If not, cancel.” I am canceling, literally. Search up the definition of cancel. Here, I’ll even copy and paste it for you! “Dictionary Definitions from Oxford Languages verb 1. decide or announce that (a planned event) will not take place.” See? That’s what I did. Anyways. He texted back 3 times, I’ll copy and paste them! “We aren’t going to pierce you. You can go somewhere else.” “If you’re trying to cancel two appointments four hours before you go to them, that’s two no-shows which means we won’t let you book again in the future.” “If you can’t make it four hours before you show up all the sudden that’s not our fault. But we’re not able to book new appointments with only four hours notice to fill the time for us to make the money that you booked the timeslots for.” I understand you’re losing money, but I’m losing my mom. Sorry I had to cancel some PIERCING APPOINTMENTS. Anyways, after those THREE text, I responded with, “After your first texts I said cancel. Wasn’t planning on booking anymore appointments with this business after the first texts. Emergencies happen.” Adam, disrespectfully, responded with two texts: “You aren’t cancelling you’re no showing.” “Make up an emergency before your last minute cancel” Literally why would I cancel for no reason? I made this appointment in advance, knowing I was free that day, I didn’t plan for my dad to be stuck at the hospital with my mom. I responded with: “I am cancelling. Adam was amaaazinggggg! 5 stars, 10/10, highly highly recommend! He’s so friendly and welcoming, he’s super knowledgeable, and I could just tell he cared about my comfort during the appointment as well as my confidence in aftercare procedures. I got my septum done this time, and I will absolutely be going to Adam for any more piercings I want in the future! He’s the best in the biz, for SURE.
