I just got a tattoo done by Lauren and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a tattoo shop. She was very welcoming. I’m definitely going to come to get all my next tattoos done by her!!

💖 this is the only place I go to when I want something done. The artists and workers are always professional. The place is clean af. Have gotten tattoos here before and now a flat ear piercing done last night 🙃. The professional ear piercer’s name is Eve. She was so fast and pro and great manners. It didn’t even hurt that bad honestly due to her super woman speed powers 🥰. She is there Monday Tuesday and Thursday. I go back in a few weeks to get a shorter bar but for now this long one is on due to any swelling that may occur.

went here a few weeks ago, got my third lobes and a stack done on each ear. i was pierced with jewelry that was too small (post were too short and flat back disc was too small) and was squeezing my ear. i went back a few days later to get the correct size jewelry for all 4 piercings, 2 of them were exchanged and then i was told 2 out of 4 were fine. fast forward to today, having to get one of them pulled out of my ear because the backing was imbedded on the back of my ear. really disappointing considering i already had to go back for them all to be fixed and was told that it was fine and the stacks “had enough room”. which it clearly didnt have enough room, so now im out $60 for the piercing and even more money bc i had to go to to urgent care to get it yanked out. so anyone thinking of going here for piercings just make sure you get the right jewelry.. matter of fact dont go here at all because neither of the piercers did it right and i was scraped with the needle on my neck two times when being pierced.

Jen at ROCKSTAR TATTOO was awesome!! Saw this location while driving, walked in and she was so I got ya.. super nice and patient.. Clean and thorough. I will be back for sure

I truly wanted to give this place a really good review once this septum piercing healed. But I just can’t, my septum piercing is crooked. As shown by the photo provided, you can tell it’s pierced CROOKED. It makes it hard to put new jewelry in and annoying to show off. I know for a fact that the middle of my nose isn’t crooked or have any issues. So it can’t be because of the shape of my nose or body. As I do have a good normal nose with no bumps misshapes or anything. The piercer had a difficult time doing the piercing either she was nervous or whatever. But it seemed like she knew she did it crooked and wouldn’t redo it or say something about it. At first glance it doesn’t look cooked, but once it’s healed and once you change the jewelry it appears CROOKED. I am really sorry but I didn’t enjoy the piercer nor did I enjoy the girl at the front desk, she has a rude and careless demeanor. The front desk person should be someone welcoming and nice so customers want to come back or potentially get more service. But this wasn’t the case for me. This was the first and last time I go to a place like this. I understand their professionals or most of them seem to be, but this place just fakes it and it shows. I messaged about my piercing via text and I could immediately tell it was the same front desk lady texting. I explained my issue and what questions I had and I was met with rudeness. Not a great experience and their customer service needs to be worked on.
