Cannot say enough great things about this wonderful shop. Both Red and Powder make you feel as if you’ve been there 100 times before. Just back from getting my tattoo and such a phenomenal experience. Talking old movies with Red (A savant when it comes to old movies lol) and boxing history with Powder while also getting a tattoo that completely blew my mind with how great it came out. Tattoo wording has very special meaning to me and that the end result far exceeded any expectations I had. Powder is a true artist. Thank you both so much for a wonderful experience and I definitely will be back!

This place is completely just rude. My friend got a piercing here and they pierced him completely wrong and then were rude to him when he nicely asked if they could fix it. Very VERY unprofessional. Would not recommend at all. We have the ENTIRE thing on video and they were extremely unprofessional so whatever the owners respond to this doesn’t rly matter bc we have proof. The other places we called for help we extremely nice and all agreed what this place did was wrong. He pulled the jewelry out bc it got stuck in his nose since the jewelry was to small that you put in. I was not there for the piercing but just witnessed the phone interaction and it was completely unprofessional. As someone who has worked in customer service for 4 years this is unacceptable behavior.

Took my girlfriend to get her snakebites here. Absolutely awesome place with a great vibe. Red and Powder are so unbelievably kind. Cannot recommend enough! Five stars! - Church and AJ

I got a piercing here recently and i am very unpleased. 3 days after the piercing fell into the middle of my noes and I had to pull it out through my skin which hurt badly. I believed this was because they used basic piercings without considering how my noes would react or the size of the hole. I politely called back and asked for assistance and i was gaslighted and told they would re do it for 30. I had to politely explained to them how i didn't have the money to pay for a re pierce and asked if it could be done for free because i believed it was thier fault. Then I was told that i was "pissing them off" and told come back in 2 weeks to get it done for free. Then she hung up. Will not be going back because i felt harassed and threatened.

This is my first tattoo. Had to search pretty extensively in greater NJ area for an artist who could do execute what I was looking for. Luckily found Powder at Red’s… she was awesome, enjoyed my time with her and so happy with my poly tribal! Something tells me I will be back for more..
