I was tattooed by Caroline a few days ago, and had a wonderful experience! From the time I reached out to get a quote until I walked out of the door with the tattoo she was very kind and communicative about everything! She was very thorough when going over the design when I arrived, did an excellent job of explaining her plan, and executed it quickly but carefully. This was a deeply meaningful tattoo to me, and to have someone who understood the context of it be the one to do it was just as important to me! She takes extra care to make sure her clients are comfortable and doing okay throughout the process by checking in frequently. I will 1000% be back for more tattoos from Caroline in the future!

Caroline has done two of my tattoos but by far the one I got today is so amazing! They are so nice and fun there. She offered me breaks and asked if I needed water or a blanket or a pillow! Brandon gave me a sucker and helped plug my phone in! They are just super sweet and caring! And Im glad to finally find a place that I’m comfortable in and get well taken care of! I will be back obviously ❤️ Follow up 3-14-25 Caroline did another amazing piece!! It’s actually one of my biggest ones!! I love her and the rest of them! They are all so friendly❤️ (2nd photo) this one was also about $250

Caroline was an absolute gem to work with! I've got to go back for a touchup because my skin was angry after a while, but I'm so happy with it I could honestly leave it as is if I had to. I'll definitely be going back for more tattoos as well!

I got my first 3 tattoos from here done by Caroline. I was not happy at all & kept having to correct her on alot of the line-work details. When I found a new tattoo artist, he said that my tattoos looked totally BOTCHED & like an apprentice did it! (Jagged line work, "paw" looked like "pew", and the pathetic cat semi colon coming out nothing like the reference pic I provided her) Not only that, she canceled my appointment THE DAY OF which I'd already paid in advance for - well, I found my current guy to do it & asked her for my money back. She initially tried saying she didn't know when she could come up with the funds - After I pushed her on it eventually paid me back later that day. Mind you - Caroline stated she does touch-ups for the lifetime of her tattoos, so when I needed her to do that for 2 of the tattoos (see pics for reference) She said she'd be in the shop that day all evening & I could come by at any time so I said I'd let her know. The following day when I reached out to set a specific date/time she sent the screenshotted response & refused to do any of these touchups she SWORE by! Nor further tattoo work (which didn't matter because I never intended on going back to her for new artwork anyhow) It's absolutely ridiculous to not touch up work you initially FAILED at and her blocking me after the fact goes to show the immaturity. My new artist believes she was butt hurt I went to another artist & wanted my money back. Absolutely ridiculous, poor business practice, & will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

EDIT - Show me proof of these so-called "appts" I made & no showed on? I NEVER CORRESPONDED W/ YOU. Only C. I'm not afraid to show receipts, TRUST I have a plethora of em confirming the facts. 100% FALSE allegations. Keep lying bud. No dog in this fight! Allow me to set the record straight & lay out the FACTS from your reply that were completely false: This was not a "No call, no show". There was never an appt set for touchups. She told me when she would be at the shop & I told her I would let her know if I could come by. I couldnt, therefore no appt was ever made. So don't paint the picture like she waited 10 hrs for me, she DIDN'T. She had other clients which is why she was gonna be there in the first place. There was no guarantee of my being able to go. Again, this was for TOUCHUPS. We NEVER scheduled the $400 appt because she NEVER provided me the design I requested, instead she kept saying she was "working on it" this had been several weeks in the making mind you. So that detail is utterly incorrect. At no point did she ever produce the design nor did she ever require down-payment from me for ANY appt but yet I "in good faith" paid for the $60 appt in advance out of courtesy, however I like how you make it seem like that was all "in good faith" on *her* part... cause the biggest misstep for her was canceling an appot THE DAY OF last min for a supposed "trusted & loyal" client of hers. I didn't complain or give her any grief about it, all I asked was for my refund so I could get it done elsewhere since I'd already blocked the time out of my day to get this done. She claimed she didn't know when she'd be able to pay me back & I explained that's not acceptable... She couldn't fulfill her promise so I am due my money back simple as that. That's called a transaction! Granted, she finally conceded in the end but not without rebuff. That in of itself is not an acceptable practice. So much for "good faith", no? Cause by your standards, *she's* allowed grace for canceling my PREPAID appt literally at the last min, & constantly pushing back on design updates or flat out leaving me on READ altogether, but because I couldn't make it in for FREE touchups (the one & only time), she's inclined to instantly refuse further correspondence & block me then accuse ME of unresponsiveness given all the chasing I had to do to get any movement on her part? How refreshing... it's okay for her but not in my case huh. Interesting. Hope all your clients see how contradictive that is. Mine was a one time thing &, I'll reiterate AGAIN, was *never* on the books. But in her case, it was week after week after week of me chasing her for updates cause she would never outreach me herself. I believe it's obvious who was the REAL one incapable/unreliable of communication.. So don't sit here & spit that *I* was the one with "untimely responses" cause that's hardly the truth, when in fact it was Caroline who was lacking in that department - First, with the constant back & forth of me trying to request updates on designs from her over the course of several weeks, then HER canceling MY prepaid appt the day of & thereby initially refusing to refund my payment until it was convenient for her, and finally claiming *I* was the one with "communication breakdown" resulting in terminating future services from her, which was obviously just a ploy for her to not have to perform touchups on her FAILINGS as well as being butthurt because I went elsewhere for services SHE couldn't commit to - but, it's all the customer's fault, yeah? Laughable. I won't be made out to be the bady guy here & let you spin a totally false narrative about the true facts in this case. I'm no fool and won't be portrayed as one here either - at the end of the day everyone needs to be held accountable & all you tried to do was deflect and LIE about a situation & try to pin the blame on me. And I won't stand for it & be characterized as a villain in your attempt to run from the truth. Time for you & her to face the music. Show where I EVER msgd YOU abt an appt - total fabrication!
