I had the Inkless stretch mark and scar revision done by Arielle and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! She has such an amazing attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire 3-hour procedure. Despite the length of time, I was surprisingly relaxed for most of it, thanks to Arielle's calming presence. She thoroughly explained the healing process and aftercare, putting my mind at ease. And to top it off, she even gave me a cute client gift! If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and produces incredible results, Arielle is the one to go to

I recently had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows done by Arielle and I couldn't be happier with the results. I used to always have to pencil in my eyebrows before, but now after getting the powder brow service, I don't have to worry about it anymore. I'm completely healed and loving the way my eyebrows look. Arielle did an amazing job and I highly recommend her services.

arrielle did not inform me what to expect from the eyeliner tattoo beforehand, only when I started raising my concerns after it was done when in fact it should have been all explained clearly before the application. the tattoo eyeliner completely faded away within 3-4 days of the application. It was actually just the lash liner and not the full eyeliner which I paid for. I felt that I was not the right candidate based on what she told me after the application so I asked for a refund. but Areille told me that she can not refund me and I would have to come back for multiple sessions to get the results I wanted and would have to pay each time, which is not a norm with the other places and they include the touch up sessions. But for Ariel this was her way of “accommodating” me …by keep coming until I got the results I wanted even though clearly I was not the right candidate. Clearly it seems more like a way of extracting additional payment by scheduling extra sessions. If I had known everything that she told me afterwards I would have never went along with it….and she treats you differently if you use Groupon because she’s giving her services at a discounted rate. Just because she chose to advertise at a "discount" doesn’t justify the poor quality of her services. Even on Groupon, the fine print states that the “merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.”. However, I was left dissatisfied but she didn’t acknowledge that and refused to refund me . I would never keep someone’s payment if they weren’t happy with the services I booked a follow-up appointment for a touch-up. Touch up makes sense when there’s some retention from the first application . In my case it had completely faded, which meant it would be starting from scratch. . So I was never informed that the initial application would completely fade away. After the procedure, I was only told to expect some skin peeling and swelling as part of the healing process and a touch up after 4 weeks and then after a year, which I had expected. It was never mentioned that multiple sessions would be required to achieve the desired results. Also I was never told that everyone s skin is different so they all respond differently. All of this was only brought up when I expressed my concerns. Like I said before, I would never have gone with it if I was properly informed about needing multiple sessions and not just the regular touch ups after 4 weeks and 1 year
