I got my first tattoo with Pierce it or ink It and honestly it was an excellent first experience. The two gentlemen who assisted my friend and I were very clear and precise about the whole process and were very kind. They walked us through everything in a very professional manner. The shop itself is a vibe and very welcoming as a whole. 10/10 would recommend to others and I will definitely return in the future.

Absolutely love going to this shop. I went on Thanksgiving Eve to get a piercing with my daughter. Tim was so great, he honestly made us feel like family since then we have gone back for additional piercings and I also got a tattoo. I have even had to walk in because my piercing came out and Tim never made me feel bad, he went ahead and put the piercing back in. Honestly can’t say enough, everyone is so friendly and talented. Can’t wait until my next visit.

absolutely love the staff, this is the only place i’ve gone to where my nose piercing actually healed properly, and never had to deal with irritation bumps unlike my last 3 attempts. :) you guys rock ! can’t waited to get tatted by them!

Absolutely AWFUL service, the owner called me dramatic because they got my nose piecing stuck and too tight to the point where it is bothering me 24/7 AND SWOLLEN SHUT. . I have been to this place for a tattoo once and It got infected because the lady with braces didn't use the proper cleaning materials, which I spoke to the owner and he said he fired her, thank god. I went back to get my piecing fixed and readjusted and the SAME lady got it so swollen that it is not healing as well. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE WORKERS, HORRIBLE OWNER. IT'S A JOKE. NEVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE IN CRUTIAL PAIN WITH NO HELP. EDIT- He claimed That she came in with a new jewelry piece, which isn’t true. The guy didn’t even understand what I was saying nor did he care clearly he has no right to be doing what he does, but if you wanna go go ahead. Trash company Closed it up so tight that it is indented also we had to get it removed with a POWER TOOL. Never ever go here seriously.

Took my daughters to get their second ear piercing on a whim. We walked in and did not wait long at all. The young man explained the process, answered all my questions, and even showed me the needle used. Both the young man and the young lady were so patient with us (well mostly me and that takes a lot of patience) during the entire process from walking in with a ton of questions, earring selection, and the piercing process. She did a great job! Thanks to them both. My daughters are happy with their piercings.
