My artist was Olivia. One of the most efficient and talented artists I’ve ever used. They hired only the best at Phoenix. Their team dynamic is fun and professional! They really make you feel comfortable whether it’s your first tattoo or 20th! Management there keeps everything organized and on schedule. As someone who’s been tattooed in many states and even by someone as famous as Angelo parente I would absolutely recommend this shop and any of the artist they have on their team.

Shout out to Dion and the entire crew at Phoenix Tattoo in Newburgh. From our initial meeting to completed work I was treated like family! Dion did an Amazing Flame Tattoo on my arm and chest. My experience start-to-finish was excellent. When I described what I was looking for at the front desk, they recommended the perfect artist for it. Josh was so kind and attentive throughout the whole process, it was my first time sitting for a detailed piece, an entirely new experience for me. As talented as he is, he took his time and worked so carefully, that was impressive to me in itself. The work is phenomenal, I knew I would be happy with the results but to say Josh exceeded my expectations is a gross understatement. I could not have imagined how beautiful it would actually turn out. I can’t thank you all enough!

I recently posted a review with them, still 5 stars. I just wanted to update more since I've gotten multiple tattoo's from them! They treat everyone who walks in like they're family, do not be nervous if it's your first time visiting. They allowed me to bring my 2 year old in during tattoo, they had toys for her to play with while she was with my husband. Even during the long sessions, they communicate through everything. Making sure it's perfect, even making sure it looks perfect to the other artists. No other place will compare, they are down to earth, most kindest people.

The team’s camaraderie and investment in each other’s work are palpable, adding to the warm atmosphere. I had my consultation with Ash and TK did my tattoo—it came out perfect, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about the vibes, the staff, and the whole experience. They nailed it from start to finish!
