Very communicative and professional staff. I came in with an ear irritation, and they provided high-quality jewelry and ear care education that resolved the issue instantly. They also recommended an amazing product on Amazon that was low-cost and worked in under two days. I gave a follow-up phone call to update them on my treatment, and the staff was still great—very thoughtful and mindful in checking on my progress. Overall, excellent service!

Extremely late (waited 2 1/2 hours after appointment time) & not clear on price and design. Awful experience. I got my deposit back and will be going elsewhere. They also request payment upfront before they even begin that tattoo, which I thought was very strange. 0/10, I would not recommend this place.

I called in to check if they do walk ins, they were super friendly. Picasso did my septum piercing on a Wednesday afternoon and the whole process took less than 40 minutes. My piercer was amazing, a perfectionist, and he made sure I felt right after. These people are extremely friendly and did an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back, and you should trust their service.

Trying to be as respectful as I can to the artist who did the piece i got i understand accidents happen no one is perfect, the piece is over priced 315 with tip for a 3 by 4 6 letter tattoo you need to pay and tip before tattoo is Even done . By the time they told me the price I was there talking to the artist and felt wrong just walking out over a price as I understand ink is forever and artists value their work and this is not my first tattoo . I almost get the vibe this particular artist doesn't like working on bigger people . The artist could not fix the tattoo and offered a discount on my next tattoo which I appreciate but the estimate for the following tattoo is also just highly priced in my opinion I have other tattoos from other artists that have color and shading and are larger that cost less. I mean no disrespect but I wouldn't go here again the price doesn't match the quality unfortunately. Now I will have to pay another artist to fix it on top of the 315 I already paid. I won't say the name of the artist because i will not ruin their lively hood. The shop was clean cool looking and decorated well the machine that was used seems to be nice quality. Over all the tattoo artists was a pleasant person until I expressed feelings on the tattoo. I'm just sad about the work done and the basically no solution for it.

I walked into this location to get a cover up for a tattoo that I have. The staff is really friendly and kind however their work ethic is not good. They told me they would have someone call me so we can set up a time and date to start with my cover up. I waited until May and nobody ever called me. I walked back into that location, to see if a different artist was going to be able to do my cover up and the artist told me she would set an appointment up for me. The day of the appointment, they told me that the girl was running late and I would “have to come later.” I heard so much good from here but I’ve only had negative experiences.
