Fantastic tattoo shop all around. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff that makes you feel like family. All artists are beyond top notch, and make each session flow nicely. Magical place, so please take my advice and make the right choice! You guys are THE BEST!!!

My husband and I had an amazing experience!! Every single person working there was so nice and welcoming. They answered all our questions and concerns. This was my first tattoo and I couldn’t have been happier. Sarah did my tattoo and she was so unbelievable nice. She made me feel calm and relaxed. She also did an amazing job and I’m so happy with the results. My husband saw Mello, who was also so nice and helpful. Mello did an amazing job as well and my husband was so happy with his tattoo. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you!!

Edit, in response to owner reply: I tried to work with you to get a quarter refund (since 1/4 of the tattoo work was bad). You offered well below that, and you waited almost a month after I asked about it when the dispute was already done. You were advised to respond to the dispute with what you offered, but you never even replied to the CC company. As for the ink... It is interesting that we had the tattoo redone by an artist local to us, and the tattoo turned out great, with only one color (same purple). That tattoo artist was also cussing the horrible line work done by the guy who originally did the work at your shop. I believe it was called amateur at best. Hopefully, you will pay attention to the work being done by your employees in the future, as well as CC company communications. We always want small businesses to thrive, but we won't accept them stealing our money for sub-par work. ************************* We stopped in for some last minute tattoos, since my wife wanted to get marching tattoos while we were in NYC. Everything seemed fine. We picked out some tattoos and got to work. My wife's tattoo needed some additional work, since some lines appeared to be missed. No problems, and everything looked good when we left. Five days later, when we took the wrap off, half of her tattoo (the parts that were not gone back over) were just gone. We figure the guy was just going too light. I reached out, hoping to get a bit of a refund, since we have to have her tattoo completely redone now. Their initial response was that they don't do any refunds; but, that we could come back up for a touch up. That does not work, since we live many states away. Definitely not the best experience. I'd suggest moving on to another location. Which we should have done, when we walked by and they had no customers (while every other shop we passed was full).

Was visiting friends from out of town want a tattoo to remember this experience and walked in to the shop it was clean organized and very well maintained. They had a gum ball machine with random flash art. The price was unbeatable so I pulled the trigger and 💯 percent happy with my experience. The shop was was professional, respectful, and my artist Craig was dope on point and when I come back to nyc it’s definitely another stop

My husband and I had an amazing experience!! Every single person working there was so nice and welcoming. They answered all our questions and concerns.
