My boyfriend recently got a tattoo in memory of our beloved dog Tyson who recently passed away, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. We flew all the way from Michigan just to see Andrew because my boyfriend had been to him before and was blown away by his work. Andrew delivered once again. The tattoo turned out beautifully, more than we ever could have hoped for. It’s clear how much passion and effort Andrew poured into every detail. You could really tell he cared not just about the art, but about what it meant to us. That made all the difference. His studio was clean, welcoming, and had such a great vibe. Everyone there was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of talent, heart, and professionalism. We will never forget this experience, and we are so thankful to have such a meaningful piece of art that honors Tysons memory in such a beautiful way. Truly can’t recommend Andrew enough.

I have had a total of three sessions with Dana and at least three more planned in the future. I love all the work that has been done on my leg and can’t wait to move to the arm. Could not recommend her enough for anime tattoos!!

I initially booked a 3-day discounted tattoo package with Andrew, offered at $1,500 per day, $2,600 for two days, and $3,400 for three days (Nov 1st, 2nd, and 3rd). On Nov 1st, what would have been the first session was spent reworking a design I hadn’t seen in advance. Andrew apologized and explained that he normally calls clients the week of the appointment for a better understanding of the project at hand but had been too busy with the shop opening. I was originally sent to his previous location further wasting session time. By Nov 3rd, Andrew offered a refund for the third session or to complete it on a future date. We agreed on the future date and that I would receive that session at no additional charge. We scheduled the third session for January 4th, but Andrew canceled day of, after confirming the appointment the night before. Causing me to lose PTO. I rescheduled for March 5th, but once again, just days before the appointment, he canceled. These delays forced me to adjust my work and travel schedule since I don’t live in the city. He then offered to reschedule for Sunday, March 16th, or Sunday the 23rd. I informed him that I had already requested off from March 5th-8th and could no longer adjust my schedule, but would be willing to move my appointment to either of these days. Originally he said he was going to see if he could move another client around but never got back to me on that instead he later insisted his terms stated he owed me nothing, even though I had already paid for three days under the understanding that the third day would be free of charge. Instead of honoring the original 3-day package or offering a two-day discount, he would charge me for two full days at the full rate ($1,500 per day). With all the delays, cancellations, and apologies on his part, I thought it was a shameless offer but I conceded. I agreed to Sunday the 16th, even though I would need to travel 2+ hours home and clock into work a few hours later. I asked Andrew if he could at least arrive earlier than his 1 pm start time but he refused stating “It already hurts enough switching things around, that it would put a big stain on his name and his upcoming clients” better to go our separate ways. He then offered $400 of my $800 back; which felt like I was being cheated after putting up with his nonsense. I completely disagreed with his “solution” regardless what can I do? I told him to send whatever funds he wished. That was the last I heard from him. No reply, no money sent, just ghosted. I understand that Andrew is a solo artist with a busy schedule, but the lack of transparency, constant cancellations, and unwillingness to resolve the matter fairly due to his ego, has left a bad taste in my mouth. This isn’t a reflection of the rest of the artists but he is the shop owner so some accountability should be expected. I received neither the final session nor the offered refund and no choice but to find another artist who will respect my time and commitments.

Jain is awesome, is very a person of detail. Juan doesn’t rush to make a finished tattoo. He is almost like a perfectionist.
