Hello, I wrote a previous review and yes I’m the one who wrote below 0 for professionalism. Your response to my review showed that what I stated was enough said. When your piercer/workers are talking vulgar in front of a client that is disgusting. When your workers don’t show care or thank someone for their services is very unprofessional. I’m not smoking a crack pipe nor looking for anything for free because even if you offered your services for free I wouldn’t go back. I wrote my review because your piercer did my piercing and put the wrong size bar plus tightened it so bad that it didn’t have enough room while it swelled. It got infected and he spoke to me like everything I was experiencing was my fault. I had questions and he was getting upset when as a client I should be able to ask questions. At the end of the day clients are who pay everyone in that shop and keep your lights on. As the owner instead of responding the way you did maybe you should have asked my experience first before attacking someone without knowing. I can see why your workers act the way they do when they have a leader that does the same.

My girlfriend and I got our septums pierced together. The process was quick and easy. There was no wait, and we were in and out in around 30 minutes. Our piercer was very gentle and professional. We're so thrilled with the results.

Wanna give a big shout shout out to Mike at Infiniti tattoo for a wonderful job he did for me on my tattoo and also my sister‘s tattoo very courteous clean place very tentative gives you exactly what you want so a big shout out again to infinity tattoo and Mike thank you again. We will be back
