Immortal Keep Tattoo and Fine Arts Introduce

For local residents in Bonne Terre, Missouri, and the surrounding areas seeking body art services, the platform category "Tattoo Shops Near Me" presents options like Immortal Keep Tattoo and Fine Arts. Located at 19 E School St, Bonne Terre, MO 63628, USA, this establishment operates as both a tattoo studio and a space for appreciating fine arts. Reviews from customers offer insights into the environment, services, and overall experience at Immortal Keep Tattoo and Fine Arts, providing local users with information to consider.

One customer described the atmosphere of the shop as having "great vibes" that can change in a positive way. They also noted that every visit creates a "great environment" where both new and returning customers are enthusiastically engaged, discussing tattoo designs and admiring past work. This suggests that Immortal Keep Tattoo and Fine Arts strives to cultivate a lively and welcoming atmosphere where art and community are appreciated. The mention of artists creating "absolute works of art" further implies a focus on high-quality tattooing.

Immortal Keep Tattoo and Fine Arts offers custom tattoo services, with artists specializing in various styles. One review detailed a personal experience involving hand and forearm tattoos, initially planned as a hydra and a rainbow king snake, respectively. The customer had scheduled the appointment based on a recommendation for an artist known for realism and black/white work, indicating that the shop houses artists with specific areas of expertise. The scheduling process was described as simple, and a down payment was required to secure the appointment for a substantial tattoo project.

However, the same review also highlighted some challenges encountered during the tattoo process. The initially planned hand tattoo of a hydra was deemed unworkable on the hand by the artist at the time of the appointment, which the customer found surprising given the prior scheduling and down payment. Subsequently, another artist in the shop designed a snake tattoo for the forearm and a plague doctor tattoo for the hand using a tablet. The payment expectation of the remaining balance before the completion of any artwork was also noted by the customer. Additionally, the frequency of smoke breaks taken by the artist during the session was mentioned, which extended the overall time required for the tattoo.

The quality of the initial tattoo work was also a point of concern for this customer, who reported noticeable spots that were either untouched or had lines connected incorrectly. While touch-ups were offered for free, the customer experienced scheduling difficulties and punctuality issues with the artist over multiple follow-up appointments. Despite these challenges, the customer acknowledged that "everyone in the shop is nice," indicating a positive interpersonal dynamic within the studio, even though they would not personally return to the specific artist they worked with.

In contrast to the detailed negative experience with one artist, another reviewer stated that Immortal Keep Tattoo and Fine Arts is "the best tattoo shop I've ever been in," praising the "great atmosphere," "great people," and "awesome tattoos." This conflicting feedback suggests that the overall experience at Immortal Keep Tattoo and Fine Arts may vary depending on the specific artist and circumstances. The positive review emphasizes the shop's ability to create exceptional artwork and a welcoming environment that fosters a sense of community among its clientele.

Given that Immortal Keep Tattoo and Fine Arts is also named "and Fine Arts," it is reasonable to infer that the establishment also functions as an art gallery or showcases fine art in some capacity. This could provide local users with an additional dimension to their visit, offering an opportunity to appreciate and potentially purchase artwork beyond tattoos. The integration of a tattoo studio with a fine arts space could create a unique cultural hub within Bonne Terre.

Good evening, There’s quite a bit about this shop that could be said over the course of knowing it for about a year. The vibes of the shop can change a lot, but in good nature. I scheduled a hand and a forearm tattoo all the way back in February of this year, okay. The hand was suppose to be a hydra and the forearm was a rainbow king snake. I’m glad that scheduling an appointment was simple because I was recommended to a specific artist from another individual for his realism and black/white work. A down payment was set of $200 to make sure that all was said and good. Keep in mind, together the tattoos were $1000. As 3 weeks went by, I went in for my appointment and the artist was late, by like 15 minutes. I thought, “well this is okay because the owner knows that he’s late so hopefully everything will be okay.” So the artist shows up and says, “Oh well you wanted a hand tattoo of a hydra, but that can’t work on the hand”. So waiting 3 weeks and a down payment, just to be told it wasn’t gonna work. Figured that it was crazy the artist didn’t have anything sketched up or drawn for the tattoos. So then, another artist in the shop designs the snake tattoo through a tablet for the forearm along with another tattoo which is the plague doctor on my hand now. As the designs are set to a stencil, the main artist demands the other $800 as he is working on me with the tattoo gun. I figured once the stuff was done, then it was time to pay but it seems that the shop needs the money before they even complete any artwork. The artist would take a smoke break every hour instead of working through the line work. I was also informed that the artist working on me would drag pieces/sessions out just to obtain extra funds. Regardless, the session took from start to close, with the artist coming in late to begin with. After the first session and some healing time, there was noticeable spots on the tattoos that were either untouched or had a line connected to a wrong spot. He did say touch-ups were free, and I would hope so for $1000. I went back 2 other times in the span of less than 4 months because he couldn’t finish the touch-ups. What I still couldn’t understand, the artist was late to all 3 appointments. I did still tip for every session, with the 1st being $100 and going to $20 on the 3rd session. I would not recommend going to Matt, as my last experience was enough. Everyone in the shop is nice, I just would not go to the artist again. Overall, I spent $1200 for a forearm and hand tattoo. The photos are from 8 months on the skin

The best tattoo shop I've ever been in. Great atmosphere. Great people. Awesome tattoos. Every time I go in it's such a great environment. They're always hyping up new customers and old customers talking about new tattoo designs, old tattoos And they do some absolute works of art. I'll never go anywhere else for a tattoo.
