I came in and got my nips pierced about 6 weeks ago with Jules!! She is so freaking awesome and just had the best personality. For such a sensitive area of the body she made sure that I was comfortable the whole time, she explained my anatomy to me and made sure I understood everything she was going to do. I was very relaxed by time we started the process. She was very knowledgeable and I specifically waited to write this review just to see how the healing was going to be and I have had no problems and no issues. My piercings do not hurt at all and if I ever had to do it again I would hope to have her do it! I came from Springfield and I would still make the drive for her to do more of my piercings in the future. Thank you Jules!!

The team here is amazing! I came in for a tragus piercing and was so impressed with their jewelry selection and attention to detail. The whole process was smooth, hygienic, and genuinely enjoyable. Will definitely be back for my nose piercing!

I just got a piercing with Jules! She was so sweet the entire time and walked me through the entire process. She’s great at what she does and please go see her and give her all your money. She’s 100% deserves it. Thank you to claudia too for helping me pick out jewelry as well :) everyone was so sweet and thanks again!

The positives: my piercer Dee was amazing!! They explained the entire process before starting and walked me thru each step as they did it. I got a septum piercing and they made sure it was aligned, took my jewelry preference into account, and overall was very friendly and efficient. I'm happy I got them by chance on a walk-in. I felt comfortable asking questions and they gave me thorough aftercare instructions; I plan on returning to them in a month to change my jewelry. The negatives: My friend got pierced by Joanna, who not only didn't take the same time and care Dee did, but also took THREE tries to get the jewelry sizing right, taking out and re-inserting it into the fresh piercing each time. My friend was in a lot of pain after her septum and didn't receive the same information about the process or aftercare. For example, Dee had me lie down so they could see better, but Joanna pierced my friend sitting up and didn't use tools for alignment, just went off of touch. I'm very disappointed at the disparity in treatment and upset on behalf of my friend who had a painful experience. Additionally, one the front desk staff members who greeted me was unfriendly and shut down my questions about asking for other piercing options/compatibility. It felt it was my fault for not knowing how they wanted me to ask for a specific service. As someone who works customer service, I understand not every day is sunshine and rainbows, but for a piercing shop where clients can have a lot of anticipation or nerves for something as big as a piecing, that first impression really set a bad tone. Also their little gachapon by the entrance takes two quarters, not one :( Smaller detail but don't lose your quarters like I did! I hope this helps someone so they don't go through what my friend did! Again, Dee was great and for them alone I'll return to this location.

I came in with a friend to get our septum piercings done, and overall had a negative experience. While my friend experienced fantastic and thorough treatment with Dee, who seemed amazing and well-equipped at their job, I had Joanna as a piercer where I didn’t get the same treatment. I asked the jewelry clerk for the smallest piercing jewelry possible for my septum and was told to speak with the piercer to see what I can possibly attain. When I arrived, I prompted questions about what could be attainable to Joanna but my questions were met with pretty vague responses, and there was already jewelry laid out which turned out to be too small for my nose. I had to experience the first puncture, as well as two more as Joanna fitted the steel bar and an additional two septum rings into my nose again before finding the right size. Not only was this painful, but it could have been avoidable if measurements and a proper consultation had been done. Additionally, I was not given any warning before the piercing began. I had no idea what to expect or anticipate, and I had to prompt questions about healing and after-care to which the responses were, again, very vague. I wasn’t even given a pamphlet on after care and proper cleaning like my friend did. While I understand that this is a business and the company probably sees dozens of customers per day, my pain was avoidable and an act of negligence. I say this to warn others so they may not experience the pain I had to unfortunately. Additionally, the front staff we interacted with besides Dee were very rude and unhelpful. The energy was off immediately upon stepping inside the establishment. My friend asked a question about other piercing compatibility and was told that it couldn’t be done unless that piercing was going to be completed the same day. This struck me as odd and was not a great impression of the company as consultations are typically free and we were already intending to pay for our other services. If anything, it set a precedent for what was to come next. What I did like about the service however, was their commitment to a sterile jewelry and environment. Jewelry was never touched without gloves, hands were being washed thoroughly and customers were advised to not touch any jewelry with their fingers.
