When I lost my husband unexpectedly and wanted to remember him by getting one of our favorite song lyrics tattooed on my arm, Maya, at Four Winds was recommended. Maya is wonderful and I’m so happy I trusted her to take my heartbreak and turn it into a beautiful memorial tattoo to help me honor my husband and our love for one another. Maya was kind and thoughtful and just a beautiful soul! She puts you at ease and her fine line work is amazing! ❤️ I will definitely be going back!❤️

What's harder than trying to find a tattoo shop with a wheelchair ramp? Finding a tattoo shop where the artists are willing to tattoo above the shoulders. Four Winds was accommodating on both of these fronts. I have a 430 lb power wheelchair that takes up a lot of space. I was able to get up into the shop, use their bathroom and get to the sink. There was plenty of space for me to move around in there. But on top of that, I went there to get geometric shapes on the side of my neck, a challenge within itself but other shops in the area refused to do the neck, let alone the head and face. When I entered the shop there was already another Patron getting the top and sides of their head tattooed. Upon entering I received a warm greeting by name. You're not just a customer, you're a client. I knew going into my appointment that with the smaller size and intricacy of the tattoo I was after, it might not have been feasible to get it. But Maya, was able to get a stencil on my neck and went to work. Sometime after starting she didn't like how thin the lines looked and switched to a larger needle, going over the work she had already done. This scored massive brownie points in my book because she was looking out for MY interests and making sure that the Tattoo looked as good as it can. She has a gentle hand and a good machine to where I dozed off at one point. She worked at a very good pace, I think that it was roughly 2 hours as the piece was a little smaller. During that time there was engaging conversation between myself, Maya, Billy (the other tattoo artist) and my father who accompanied me. The time flew by. Another thing of note about this shop is it has large front windows and the natural light coming through them created and extremely calming atmosphere. Now to the tattoo itself; I am very satisfied with the finished product. I requested a Metatron Cube that would be about 4-4.5 in in diameter. Lots of circles and lots of intersecting straight lines which is especially difficult being on the side of my neck as it's not exactly flat, Maya knocked it out of the park for a very reasonable price and I was also assured that touch-ups would be free. I would also note that this is my 20th-something tattoo, I've gotten them from artists all over the country and this session was one of my more enjoyable experiences, probably even the best. If you are looking for a shop with artists you can trust with excellent business ethic, I would highly recommend Four Winds tattoo. Even if there are shops that are closer to you, it's worth the trip. From the chill vibes, to the personable staff, THE ACCESSIBILITY and the skill of the artists I give this establishment 5 stars. It was an excellent choice after being recommended by a friend.

I’ve been going to Billy for the past 10 years, before he owned his own studio. I couldn’t be happier with his work and the experience he provides every session. Unbelievably talented, I routinely get compliments on my sleeve, such an awesome feeling. I’ll be going back for many years to come. Four Winds Tattoo is by far the BEST!

Had a great experience with Maya today at Four Winds! From booking with her to the appointment it was all a great process. The shop has a great atmosphere, would highly recommend. I love my tattoo I got and Maya was great to work with.
