I had my first appointment here yesterday and it definitely will not be the last! The aesthetic of the salon is super appealing & clean. I felt so welcome and comfortable upon meeting Trish at the reception. Definitely passed the vibe check-- non-pretentious, hairstylists all seem cool , and love what they do. Michelle is warm, friendly, and so talented. We had a great consultation, and I appreciated her honesty in recommending a style best suited for me. I love the way my haircut and color came out, she completely exceeded my expectations!

I just received a haircut from Moone and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel comfortable and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. I showed her the style I had in mind, and not only did she nail it, but she also offered amazing advice on how to better care for and manage my curls—something I really appreciated. Her attention to detail and the care she puts into her work truly shine through in the final result. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and it makes all the difference. Michelle did my hair coloring this past Saturday and it was such a wonderful experience! She really took the time to ask me what I wanted and what my end goal was with my hair. I loved the time she took to educate me about the service I’m getting and how I should take care of my hair properly. I genuinely left Fait so happy and loving my hair! I even booked another appointment for maintenance because that’s how great of a job Michelle did! I don’t usually do that but it’s hard to find someone who you trust to do your hair. Thanks so much Fait and Michelle!

I always have such a positive experience here at Fait Maison! Michelle has taken care of my hair for a few years now (color, cut, style, keratin, & extensions) & Azalia has braided my hair as well - both of them take the time to listen to me, offer their expert suggestions based off my hair type/goals, make sure we’re both on the same page & then they execute it even better than I imagined! The staff are all so amazing, talented & professional. Also the shop is always so clean & has such a fun, welcoming & diverse atmosphere. It’s great knowing that I can rely on them for all my beauty and haircare needs, no matter what I need next time.

I had a great experience getting a tattoo with Sag. I sent a couple of reference pictures through their online form and was contacted a couple of days later. Trish was extremely helpful in booking. The shop is clean and has a great, relaxing yet friendly vibe. When I got there, Sag had a design that was exactly what I was looking for. His lines are clean and he has a light touch so I didn’t feel much at all when I was getting the tattoo. The final result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend 🙂
