I went yesterday (2/28/21) I had a very good experience with my helix piercing. It was clean and no long waits. The person who did my piercing was very nice and made it very calm for me, didn’t hurt as bad as I thought it would. Thank you guys for making it a good experience.

I just got my first tat from there they are great they take good care of u. When u go in a guy by the name of Joey will ask u what u want, what part of ur part do u want it, how u want it then, do u want it in color. I got a tattoo of my mom it says rip mom in the middle her birth date then her death date on my forearm in the middle it says to mom on the top her birth date on the bottom her death date all in purple that was her favorite color. A guy named Joey did mine he opened up a new needle in front of me which is great and made me even more relaxed I highly recommend whoever wants a tattoo should go here to Dragonfly 3. 10/10 great, awesome, amazing and professional place 👍👍👏👏🤘🤘💪🏻💪🏻💯💯💯💯thats the finished product I love how it came out 💯💯

Very professional workers. Been going here since my first tattoo at 18 years old and I'm now 33. Never disappoint. These are 3 of my most recent tattos from here but in total I have about 14.

I use to come to this place when I was in high school to get all my piercings and I have a lot of piercings I am a returned customer I went yesterday to get three piercings from here two of them were the wrong way and not in the right place… the lady didn’t even pay attention to what I wanted and even after seeing the reference picture I showed her and gave her the name of the piercing multiple times. she took pictures in the end she wasn’t a professional I also had two other ppl with me I wasn’t even sure if she changed her gloves. I also went back the next day to speak to the manager and he was so unprofessional, disrespectful, and disgusting he wasn’t even listening to what I had to say all he told me was “ I don’t know you and i don’t know who u are you have to speak to the girl that did the piercing” and he refused to help in any shape way or form as a manager/ boss he should have called his employees and deal with the problem. The store had a camera he could have see the tape and seen that I was there the day before. It was a very unprofessional place never coming here again also it was very dirty. Do not step foot in this absolutely vile establishment. Bathroom was so vile I was so stunned the bathroom didn’t have a lock on it and it was so disgusting I refuse to use it even tho I was bursting. The streets looked more appealing and there was no soap in the bathroom and how are the employees washing there hands between customers this place is so disgusting. Neverrrrrr come here never ever. One star too many
