The staff was so friendly and helpful! I had two cartilage piercings done and Jacqui made me feel very comfortable during the process and explained everything very thoroughly. The total price was about $180 for two piercings which is cheaper than I’ve gotten it in the past. I definitely recommend this shop!

My daughter initially went in wanting an industrial piercing, but after a consultation with Bryan J., he thoughtfully explained that her anatomy wasn’t suited for it. Bryan didn’t just stop there—he helped her explore alternatives, and she ended up with a stunning helix and conch piercing. His expertise, combined with his excellent taste, ensured that she left with earrings that were not only beautiful but perfectly suited to her. The entire experience at Diamond Heart Studio was fantastic, and I’m so impressed with the care and attention Bryan and the team put into every detail. The environment is welcoming and professional, and the service is top-notch. I’m already considering going back to get a conch piercing myself! I went to Diamond Heart to get my ears pierced. As it was my first piercing, I was rather nervous. I worked with Bryan and had a great experience. Bryan explained everything and provided opportunities to ask questions at every step. I felt at ease during the whole process. The shop was very clean and comfortable. I'd highly recommend Bryan and Diamond Heart for an excellent piercing experience!

I cannot articulate just how wonderful Ani is. She worked on a coverup piece for me and I could not be happier. She does impeccable work, is meticulous, has a light touch, is professional and of course worked super clean / sterile. She was able to conceptualize exactly what I wanted and gave me recommendations on what to steer clear of. I’m already planning my next tattoo and my husband will be in soon to see Ani as well!

Sara went ABOVE and beyond to make my 6 year old daughter comfortable at her ear piercing appointment. Her gentle manner, attention to details and compassion really made it a wonderful experience! The highlight of the day was that my daughter’s favorite stuffie also got to get pierced for the first time too! Thank you Sara, we will be sure to recommend you and the beautiful shop to everyone!
