I recently had the pleasure of being tattooed by Gary Aldrich, and by tattoo #22 you think you’d know what to expect- but I’ve never had such a positive experience. Gary is friendly, patient, talented and absolutely in the right business. I have high anxiety and a low pain tolerance so getting tattooed isn’t something I enjoy but Gary kindly talked me through the whole thing and completely changed how I walk into getting new ink. He showed me some fantastic tips he’s learned (as a canvas and an artist) to compartmentalize the pain and again, I’ve had 21 pieces before this and no artist has been as knowledgeable and honest when it comes to tattoo discomfort. It’s a gorgeous piece, balanced and placed beautifully. I cannot recommend him enough for the newbie and the seasoned pro. You won’t regret it.

I got a tattoo in Seabrook, NH back in the early 90s and the experience was so painful and awful, I never got another one. I finally decided to get one and have been following Gary's reviews for years since I've known him for several years. I decided to bite the bullet and finally made an appointment. When I entered the shop, I was blown away by how clean it was. Gary himself is a great guy. He's funny and very talented. I told him I only wanted the tattoo to take an hour since I'm a wimp and my one and only tattoo was painful. Gary not only took his time, but he finished my tat in about an hour which I found impressive. He was very funny and very patient and I was totally at ease. When I got my tattoo in the late 90s I was told to keep it out of the sun for 2 weeks and to put cortisone on it. When you leave Gary's, he gives you a full sheet of instructions and the ointment to put on the tat. If you follow his instructions to the letter, your tattoo colors should last for years! I would recommend his tattoo parlor to anyone looking for a talented tattoo artist. I can't tell you how happy I am that he is doing well on his own. DARK TOWER TATTOO ROCKS!!!

Best tattoo experience, phenomenal work, artists that love what they do and they do it well. Excellent atmosphere stop by grab a tattoo or piercing, listen to some stories share some stories and leave happy knowing you got some of the best work they have to offer!!! Couldn't be disappointed if I tried

The environment here is so dark and cozy. Everyone was so nice, funny and welcoming! I'd definitely recommend every artist there, beautiful work no matter who you choose!

I went and saw Gary and he was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond for me. He made sure the design was right, made me check the name 10 times to make sure it was right and he put his own twist on the flower which I love! The shop was SUPER clean and he was a very clean person! When you get a tattoo you obviously want someone who’s super clean! I didn’t see one problem with the shop! Gary kept checking to make sure I wasn’t in pain and gave me instructions on healing! 10/10 recommend and will continue going back to him and this shop for my following tattoos!
