Coy Fish Tattoo Introduce

For local users in Taiwan searching for "Tattoo Shops Near Me" on various platforms and considering different options for body art services, it is crucial to carefully evaluate the feedback and experiences shared by previous customers. While geographically distant, understanding the range of experiences, both positive and negative, associated with a particular establishment can provide valuable insights into the quality of service and the level of professionalism to expect. In this context, we present an objective introduction to Coy Fish Tattoo, located at 981 W Vernon Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90037, USA, based solely on the provided customer reviews, which unfortunately highlight significant negative experiences.

One customer recounts a troubling experience where their sister received an industrial piercing. According to the review, the piercer mistakenly used a nipple piercing instead of an industrial bar. This resulted in the skin on the ear being pulled uncomfortably by the balls on either side of the incorrect jewelry. The client also described the piercing process as "aggressive" and reported post-piercing pain that intensified after the ball was screwed on. Furthermore, the piercer allegedly did not remove hair from the area, as hair was found in the piercing hole upon removal of the incorrect jewelry. The ball was also reportedly screwed on so tightly that it was difficult to remove and replace. Alarmingly, when the client inquired if their sister had the correct anatomy for an industrial piercing, the piercer allegedly did not respond and proceeded with the piercing regardless. The reviewer did note that a lobe piercing performed at the same time was done "okay," indicating a potential inconsistency in the quality of services offered.

Another customer shared a deeply concerning experience involving cheek (dimple) piercings. This individual had prior experience with this type of piercing and specifically informed the piercer of their need for the longest bar available due to a tendency for the piercing to close on the inside. Despite this explicit instruction, the piercer insisted on using a regular-sized bar, suggesting that the issue might only be with the external gem. During the piercing process, the reviewer stated that clamps were not used, and the piercer had to push twice on one cheek, resulting in increased pain. By the end of the day, the piercing was significantly irritated and had begun to close internally around the jewelry, as the customer had previously experienced.

The following day, the customer returned to Coy Fish Tattoo to have the jewelry changed to a longer bar, as they had initially requested. Disturbingly, the reviewer states that the piercer again did not use clamps or any tool to keep the piercing open while removing the original jewelry. The piercer then allegedly squeezed out blood from the area, which the reviewer believed further irritated the piercing and increased swelling. By the time the piercer attempted to insert a longer bar, the piercing had already closed internally, necessitating a re-piercing. Shockingly, the reviewer claims that clamps were still not used for the second piercing attempt, and it was done at an upward angle. Following this second attempt, the customer noticed that the new piercing was scratching their tooth. Initially, they hoped the issue would resolve with the swelling, but after several days of discomfort and lip twitching with every smile, they ultimately had to remove the piercing entirely.

Based solely on these two reviews, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the environment and typical services offered at Coy Fish Tattoo. However, these accounts raise serious concerns about the piercers' practices, including the apparent disregard for client anatomy and prior experience, the failure to use standard piercing tools like clamps, the potential for causing unnecessary pain and trauma, and the provision of incorrect jewelry. The lack of attention to detail, such as not removing hair from the piercing site, also suggests a lack of thoroughness in their procedures.

The features that might typically characterize a reputable tattoo and piercing studio, such as experienced and knowledgeable staff, adherence to strict hygiene protocols, proper use of tools and techniques, and a commitment to client safety and satisfaction, are called into question by these reviews. The negative experiences described suggest potential issues with the piercers' training, communication with clients, and overall professionalism.

The provided information does not include any details about promotional offers or discounts that Coy Fish Tattoo might be running. However, given the serious nature of the negative feedback in these reviews, potential customers would likely prioritize the quality and safety of the services over any promotional incentives.

For local users in Taiwan searching for "Tattoo Shops Near Me," these reviews serve as a stark reminder of the importance of thorough research and due diligence before choosing a body art service provider. While Coy Fish Tattoo is located in Los Angeles, the issues raised in these reviews – misapplication of jewelry, painful and aggressive techniques, disregard for client input, and potential anatomical incompatibility – are critical red flags that any potential customer, regardless of location, should be aware of when selecting a tattoo or piercing studio. It is always advisable to seek out establishments with consistently positive reviews that emphasize professionalism, cleanliness, and a commitment to client well-being.

In conclusion, the available customer reviews for Coy Fish Tattoo in Los Angeles paint a concerning picture of their piercing services. The incidents described involve the use of incorrect jewelry, painful and seemingly improper techniques, a lack of adherence to client instructions, and potential anatomical mismatches. While one lobe piercing was reportedly done "okay," the significant issues reported with the industrial and cheek piercings should give potential customers pause. For local users in Los Angeles searching for tattoo and piercing services under "Tattoo Shops Near Me," and for users in Taiwan seeking to understand the potential pitfalls in choosing a body art provider, these reviews highlight the critical need for careful consideration and research to ensure a safe and satisfactory experience. No positive aspects or features were discernible from the provided negative feedback. Therefore, based solely on this information, it is difficult to recommend Coy Fish Tattoo for body art services.

My sister got her industrial done here. The guy put a nipple piercing instead of an industrial bar. The skin on the ear was being pulled by the balls on either side. When pierced it felt aggressive and hurt after he screwed on the ball. He also didn't remove the hair as there was some in the hole when we removed the nipple bar. Screwed in the ball tightly so was difficult to get off and replace it. Asked if my sister had the right anatomy he didn't answer and he did the piercing anyway. Did the lobe piercing okay.

So I came here a couple years ago to get my dimples/cheeks pierced. I told the piercer that I’ve had this piercing twice before and I always need the longest bar they have because it always closes around the piercing on the inside. The piercer insisted on using a regular sized piercing and said it might just be the gem on the outside that needs to be changed. When she pierced it, she did not use clamps and she had to push twice on one cheek, which made it hurt even more. By the end of the day It was really irritated, and it started closing on the inside around the piercing. The next day i went back to switch it out for a longer bar. She took out the piercing didn’t use clamps didn’t use anything to keep the piercing open. She squeezed out all the blood that she could, which in my opinion, just irritated it more and made it swell even more. by the time she tried to put the piercing in it had already closed on the inside, so she had to pierce it again, didn’t use clams And she pierced it at an angle going upwards, when I left I noticed that the piercing was now scratching my tooth. It didn’t do that before I thought maybe when the swelling goes down, it’ll feel normal again but for a couple days every time I would smile my lip twitch so eventually, I just took the piercing out.
