I went into Compass Rose tattoo to get ink from Stephen James @sorreriotats about 2 months ago looking to get a sleeve (the sleeve is still in progress). And Stephen worked with my budget to create this masterpiece in progress. @sorreriotats is budget friendly. He will work with you. He has done all the work on this arm besides the girl on the bottom of my arm. He has covered up two tattoos very well I had prior to working with him. As you can see from the photos his work is excellent. They also offer a military/first responder discount. The shop is very nice and they are welcoming to new people looking to get their first tattoos or continue getting tattooed. Great place all around.

I messaged Stephen with an idea the day before and being military my schedule is always changing. He came in on his off day just to accommodate to my schedule . He was great ! Very professional, very upfront on pricing/information and answering any questions. During the process he checked in frequently to ensure I was comfortable and to make sure I was happy with the progress he was making. He offers a military discount which is nice !

I had an incredible experience at this tattoo shop. After calling them to assist a friend, I decided to take the plunge and get another tattoo myself. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and Johnny's artistry is second to none. My husband, Johnny, Steve and I were reminiscing about a past tattoo experiences, including a disappointing one I received in 2014. However, Steve at this shop did a phenomenal job of transforming the tattoo into a real Batman masterpiece. I would enthusiastically recommend both Steve and Johnny to anyone seeking a top-notch tattoo experience. They are both highly skilled and a pleasure to work with.
