Blazin Tattoos Introduce

For individuals in Laurinburg, North Carolina, seeking local body art services, Blazin Tattoos, situated at 325 N Main St, is one of the options available under the "Tattoo Shops Near Me" category. Operating with the phone number (910) 277-2622 and mobile number +1 910-277-2622, Blazin Tattoos offers both tattooing and piercing services. While one recurring customer has shared positive experiences with a specific artist named Mike for piercings, dermal removal, and custom tattoo work, recent reviews paint a mixed picture regarding overall service quality and consistency.

One customer recounts multiple positive experiences at Blazin Tattoos, highlighting Mike's work in piercings, dermal removal, and even a custom half sleeve tattoo. This suggests that at least one artist within the shop possesses skills in a range of body art services. However, this positive sentiment is juxtaposed with a significantly negative experience involving another artist in the shop. According to the review, the customer attempted to get a face tattoo and explicitly requested red ink. Despite confirming the color, the artist allegedly proceeded to tattoo a larger-than-agreed design in regular black ink. The error was only noticed by a friend present. The customer stopped the unfinished tattoo and contacted Mike, only to be told they still had to pay the shop minimum of $40, which was the full price quoted. This incident raises concerns about attention to detail, communication between artist and client, and customer service regarding mistakes.

Another recent review details a highly unsatisfactory piercing experience. The customer went to Blazin Tattoos for a septum piercing priced at $30. The reviewer states that their nose was not cleaned before the procedure. Following the piercing, the customer felt lightheaded. Upon leaving the shop, they discovered that the piercing was incorrectly placed, going through the bottom outside of the nose instead of the "sweet spot" on the inside, as allegedly discussed prior to the procedure. When the customer contacted the shop for a refund and was initially told to return the next day, the situation escalated. The piercer later texted the customer, refusing a refund based on camera footage purportedly showing the customer's satisfaction, despite the customer's claim of nearly passing out due to a pierced nerve. This account raises serious concerns about hygiene practices, piercer skill and understanding of anatomy, and the shop's handling of customer complaints and requests for refunds.

Based on these recent customer reviews, it is challenging to provide a uniformly positive introduction to Blazin Tattoos. While there is mention of a skilled artist named Mike, the experiences shared by other customers highlight significant issues that potential clients should be aware of. These issues include:

  • **Inconsistent Artist Performance:** One artist is praised, while another is described as providing a "horrible experience" with errors in tattoo execution.
  • **Lack of Attention to Detail:** The face tattoo incident points to a potential disregard for client specifications regarding design and color.
  • **Questionable Piercing Technique:** The misplaced septum piercing and the alleged piercing of a nerve raise serious concerns about the piercer's skill and knowledge.
  • **Poor Hygiene Practices:** The failure to clean the piercing area before the procedure is a significant breach of basic hygiene standards in body art.
  • **Unsatisfactory Customer Service:** The refusal to offer a refund for a demonstrably incorrect piercing and the demand for payment for an unfinished and incorrect tattoo indicate a lack of customer-centric practices.
  • **Disregard for Client Well-being:** The claim of a nerve being pierced during a procedure and the subsequent refusal to acknowledge the customer's distress are deeply concerning.

Given these critical reviews, it is difficult to highlight positive features of Blazin Tattoos based solely on the provided information. The negative experiences outweigh the single positive mention of one artist's work. Potential local users searching for "Tattoo Shops Near Me" in Laurinburg, NC, should approach Blazin Tattoos with caution and consider these recent experiences when making their decision. It would be prudent to seek further information, potentially by looking for more recent reviews on other platforms or by visiting the shop for a consultation to assess the environment and the artists' portfolios firsthand.

It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and may not be representative of every interaction at Blazin Tattoos. However, the severity of the issues raised, particularly concerning hygiene and procedural errors, warrants careful consideration. When choosing a body art service provider, factors such as the studio's cleanliness, the artists' qualifications and portfolios, adherence to safety regulations, and transparent communication are paramount.

As there is no promotional information included in the provided text, this introduction focuses solely on an objective assessment based on the customer reviews. The absence of positive recent feedback, aside from the mention of Mike's past work, makes it challenging to recommend Blazin Tattoos without reservation. Local users are advised to conduct thorough research and potentially explore other options for tattoo and piercing services in the Laurinburg area to ensure a safe and satisfactory experience.

In conclusion, while Blazin Tattoos at 325 N Main St in Laurinburg, NC, offers tattoo and piercing services, recent customer reviews indicate significant concerns regarding artist consistency, attention to detail, piercing technique, hygiene practices, and customer service. Individuals searching within the "Tattoo Shops Near Me" category in Laurinburg should carefully consider these experiences before choosing Blazin Tattoos for their body art needs and may want to seek out alternative studios with more consistently positive feedback.

I’ve been to Blazin’s many times for a piercing then I got a dermal removed by Mike and he even did my custom half sleeve for me. But the other guy in the shop gave me a horrible experience. Some time in 2022 We came in and he said he wasn’t doing any more tattoos for the day so that’s fine I called Mike to see if he was available he told me the guy would take care of it for me. He was frustrated from the beginning because of this I felt like he didn’t want to do it but I still tried for my first face tattoo. I specified for it to be red the guy asked me again when I sat down if I wanted red and then proceeds to tattoo larger than we agreed and in the regular black ink. Had it not been for my friend that was there that noticed it when she walked over to look at it I wouldn’t have known. I jumped up immediately without it being finished and called Mike and he told me I still had to pay the shop minimum of $40 which was the total for the tattoo anyway. Unbelievable… incorrect color and unfinished job ON MY FACE

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ASS SERVICE. I went to this shop yesterday to get my septum pierced for $30. The first thing I noticed was my nose was not cleaned prior to me getting it pierced. After the job was done, I felt light headed and sat down to fan myself off until I felt stable enough to stand. I paid my money and went to the car to leave and noticed that my piercing was done completely wrong. He was supposed to pierce through the part of the nose called the "sweet spot" on the INSIDE of my nose. This question was asked before he stuck the needle through and I was told that was where it was going. In the end the ring went through the bottom on the outside of my nose. I called to ask for a refund and was told to return back to the shop the next day so I could get my money back. About 30 minutes later I received a text message from the same man that pierced my nose, and told me I could get a refund, saying that he would not give my money back because according to his camera footage I was satisfied with my piercing. I didn't know how almost passing out was a satisfying look. A nerve was pierced in my nose and now he gets to keep my money.

Travis does great work. Everyone was friendly, the shop was clean. Very much worth the hour drive I made! I'll be recommending them to my friends/family for sure, and I'll be coming back for more!
