Poor quality and poor professionalism. Artist is more interested in hookin up than providing good work. He complained about what I wanted and got mad when I did not want what he offered for free that I did not ask for. After several visits I still have to go somewhere else and pay for repair

Only place only artist I go too tatted pierced head to ankles over a decade most done in last 4 years. Pain freak take it straight up. Gentle artist Quan, keeps me wanting more thumbs up 👍 👌 🙏 😀 😉 🙂 this just a few lol

Super unprofessional and rude, and an absolutely infuriating experience. I came last week and got my bellybutton pierced. They did not mark it or anything and the piercing ended up crooked. I did not notice until later in the day since I was wearing a dress and just took a quick look before leaving. Once I noticed, I confirmed it with friends, who also agreed that it was slightly crooked. I decided I would try to just wear it for a few days in case it didn’t really bother me that much so I wouldn’t have to repierce it. A few days later, I decided it was bothering me too much so I wanted a refund since I did not pay for a crooked piercing. I ended up also getting sick and I live far away from Newark, so I could not go into the shop until the end of the week. I called that morning saying I wanted to speak to the piercer about my piercing not being done right. They told me to come in. Once I got there, the man who opened the door agreed that it was crooked, but then LIED and told me the man who pierced me was not there and that they don’t do refunds. I said I was willing to wait for him to respond via text or call if they just sent photos of the crooked piercing to him. Eventually, I was led to the back, where the man who pierced me was in fact there, and not out of the shop as the other man claimed. I never insulted him once, just politely asked for a refund for a clearly crooked piercing. Rather than take responsibility for a simple mistake (like any mature person would do), I was met with the most unprofessional, defensive, and rude attitude as he made all sorts of excuses. At one point, he even blamed my stomach and tried to talk down to me like I was a child who didn’t understand how piercings work. He even accused me of being high and asked me if I “needed the money” to just say that. Why would I pay for a service that I didn’t receive? I paid for a properly done piercing, not a crooked one. I wouldn’t have asked for a refund if I just didn’t like it, but it was clearly not done right!!! After almost 30 min of arguing, he finally pulled the money out of his wallet. He never even offered to let it close and then repierce me, rather than having to give me a refund. I didn’t even bother trying to get a refund for the spray he sold to me as plain saline/saltwater spray that was CLEARLY not saline (I realized when I used it at home and it was a scented foam). Even if you have to pay a little more, I strongly recommend you go somewhere else for more professional, kind service that would give you high quality piercings/tattoos.
