Nothing but good things to say about Sami. I went to Sami for a conch piercing. Sami was very professional, knowledgeable and the place was very clean. She explained the process of the piercing to me, took time to help me pick out the jewelry and educated me on the healing process. I will definitely be back for another piercing with Sami.

The best piercing experience I’ve had! Sami was thorough, friendly, and provided great education through every step of the process. Studio was incredibly clean and sanitary. Would definitely recommend and will be returning :)

Sami is amazing! Very educational - she goes through all the steps that she’s doing and is very thorough with aftercare explanations. Today was my second time getting pierced by her and she even gave me some advice on previous piercings I got done at a different shop. She’s definitely gonna be my go-to piercer now. She also gives you a card with your piercing information and suggested follow-up date which I find super helpful. The shop’s piercing fee + jewelry fee can get a little steep especially if you’re getting multiple done BUT you’re paying for quality of jewelry and service, if you don’t mind the pricing then this is definitely the place to go!

I had an absolutely AMAZING experience here. This place (specifically, Max) saved my nose piercing!! I had gone to another piercer for a nostril piercing only to develop the dreaded piercing bump about a month after. I was devastated at the thought of having to remove the piercing altogether, but someone online recommended this place. I called them with the problem I was having, and they had me come in. They looked at it and recommended treatment for free. However I knew that part of the problem was with the shape of the piercing (I had an L shape), so I elected to swap it out. They had a wide variety of GORGEOUS titanium and gold flatback labrets. Max helped me pick one out that would help put pressure on the bump that was still in the style that I wanted. Within a week, the bump went away completely. They sent me home with care instructions and had me follow up to make sure thing were going well, and even recommended another trusted piercer closer to me (I travel back and forth from Pittsburgh) who stocks the same jewelry and would take care of me if I needed. I was so impressed with the staff, atmosphere, and care I received. Highly recommended for any first-timers or veterans alike. 🖤

Highly recommend!! Sami the piercing specialist was so patient with me when I was trying to decide on jewelry and made the piercing process quick, efficient and with minimum pain. Definitely going back!!
