I’ve been collecting tattoos for almost 20yrs now. I’ve been to a lot of different shops, both locally & all over the U.S. Ancient Oak is special because of the environment they maintain. The artists are kind, patient, & welcoming. The shop is super clean. The work that they produce is intentional & like no other. I’d recommend this place over and over again. A huge thank you to Doug & the rest of the artists there who offer a safe space to EVERYONE.

Doug gave me the back piece I've been dreaming of for years. He captured Frazetta's Death Dealer in unbelievable fashion. Everyone is friendly, engaging and they create a great atmosphere.

My husband, daughter, and I visited Ancient Oak tonight and had the BEST time/experience getting our long anticipated “V” script tattoos! Larry is awesome! He set up chairs so we could watch each other get tattooed! He was very patient and put my daughter at ease. The shop is beautiful and clean. Will definitely be visiting Ancient Oak and Larry again!

I got tattooed by James Raven (icantattoo on IG) and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The shop was clean, bathroom was spotless, everyone there was pleasant to be around and to talk to. Felt very comfortable and walked away with an amazing tattoo and a cool shirt! Thanks guys!
